He had no investment, no land, not even thinking of building any yet. D rent of dat house was 150k.

And another civil servant dat lives in a 4 bedroom duplex with a year rent of 1.2million, owns 2 SUVs, 3 kids attending a british school wit school fees of over 150k per term n he's feeling like a yankee based guy.
