I don’t know if he’s part of any economic committee , but I know DSS have gone to court to seek for his arrest warrant but the presiding judge didn’t accede to their request . They said he’s involved in terrorism financing but it seems the judge was not convinced based on their case before him
The judge want DSS to get the President approval for the arrest.

Na why I talk say he go get plans . This guy rose to become the MD of a top bank in Nigeria ( Zenith bank ) . He’s not some obscure politician who just made money from politics ; he’s been playing politics right from his time in the private sector . E know when matter cast, e don cast be that .

He will surely have a plan already which he’s not sharing with even his most loyal lieutenants. I don’t think he will take the risk of staying back in Nigeria hoping nobody will touch him .

He’s reported to be currently moving with military escorts since the DSS planned arresting him. He knows with Buhari gone so many hawks lurking in the shadows will come for him
You are right sha. DSS dey wait for ham no be small.

He's moving around with military because him and Irabor the COAS are from the same Delta State. Na that one still dey protect ham else DSS for don arrest ham.

All this point to another failure of Buhari in managing his own cabinet and appointees that even his security officials are doing as they like.

It's part of politics.

Asiwaju is not going to use EFCC to go after Wike, Wike doesn't trust Obi will not come for him as President and we all know that Atiku will leave him in jail for 8 years if he had the power. Wike reviewed all the options and decided to overcook the beans for the pesin he trusts.
Asiwaju doesn't really hold grudges like that. His kind of politics is rare among top politician. He will rather ignore you totally than go after you.

These Governors should stop grandstanding, they dont control the CBN or the banks. Unless the CBN sent a memo to the banks to start accepting the old notes as deposit, nothing is going to change.

The details on these cases, are they made publicly available, or it's just snippets that are released, cause e go make sense to dey get the full details on these cases made available.

This whole name game thing sounds silly sha, and it's very possible it was one party at the centre that were determined to win a case by any means possible that set a precedence of this nature, and it's been going on and on since then.
This precedent was set 3yrs ago i think under an APC govt and it was APC that was at the receiving end of the judgement.

They usually release the judgement to the public especially for academic purposes.

But then, make we dey look.

Nostradamus1:
If you are in civil service, you will understand while this is an issue.

Every person in Nigeria has only one First name. He submitted Patrick as his first name to MIT. In INEC forms, Gbadebo is probably his first name. By the laws of the country, they are 2 different persons. For ordinary admission, I had to swear an affidavit and change of name to match my WAEC with JAMB.

Unless,
1 -He didn't submit any document bearing Patrick as first name to INEC
2-He has already sworn an affidavit before submitting Election forms,, therefore rendering previous documentation of his name valid.
3- He submitted Patrick as his first name to INEC.

He is simply wasting his time.

This could have been avoided if there was thorough screening before the LP primaries. I remembered that this name issue was checked by APC before their primaries.
After the Bayelsa case, APC will be stupid not to take names checking seriously again.

In fact is I remember correctly it is how our very first speaker was ousted. Something about a fake degree. A lot of people are coasting on made up or inflated credentials. Na when you enter politics your enemies will run oppo research. At that point your competence doesn't matter any more.

It happened to kemi adeosun for instance
That's why it makes no sense to be changing names as you like especially when you know you are going into politics.

Gbadebo & Patrick is literally an alias they are his name, obviously I don't know how Mit order the names on their certificate or why is full name is not there.

Patrick or Gbadebo whichever one is his first name or middle name I also don't know.

But it is not an issue, as it is already verified that he attended Mit as said.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/587025-us-varsity-speaks-on-certificate-forgery-allegation-against-rhodes-vivour.html
It is not about whether he attended MIT or not. It's the simple fact that hes using different names on his certificate to the one he submitted to INEC.

What he submitted to INEC is Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and what is on his certificate is Patrick Rhodes-Vivour. It's a different thing if its Gbadebo Patrick Rhodes-Vivour or Patrick Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour that's on the certificate.

Again, I will refer you to go and read the Supreme Court Bayelsa judgement and see how APC candidate was disqualified after winning the election.

It is also the same name games being played with Jackson nurudeens o level results

A simple variation in your surname is all that is required to cast your identity in doubt.

Moreso in naija where everyone dey do age declaration affidavit, name change affidavit, etc
The Supreme Court already set a precedent with the Bayelsa case.

You will have to prove how Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour is the same person as Patrick Rhodes-Vivour.

He is Chinedu, he is Patrick like they are not his names, how the fucckk is it now relevant to governing Lagos only illiterate like you would know.
