Drone17: I think the plan by GRV is to create alternative routes that commuters can use in order to decongest the main route.
It can be preferred for some to spend two hours free drive on the alternative than four hours on a traffic jam on the main route. The 4th mainland bridge makes more sense than going to Epe first then connecting to VI from there. Makes no absolute sense. |

Ibime: Odili started everything. My people were in opposition and suffered the worst of it. That's when Ateke was brought in by Odili and Sekibo to wreak havoc. Ateke tied one girl in my village to flying boat and dragged her across the water till she drowned. Some villages were burned to the ground including mine. I lost a cousin fighting against Ateke boys. In that same battle, Asari joined our side and Ateke was on ropes, but Odili delivered military and guns to Ateke side to finish the story. Omo. What kind of politics is that? |

BlueRayDicks: People don't just troop to LUTH and LASUTH out of freewill, they do so out of necessity. Most people having getting treated in private hospitals and other government hospitals for weeks and sometimes months, they usually end up being referred to LUTH or LASUTH.
I know someone whose Child had to see a specialist in LUTH and at the end of the day the specialist recommended a procedure that cost millions in naira but that was not even the problem. They were told there's a long queue and she had to wait for months (Like from first quarter of the year to September) before the child can get the procedure done.
It was one of the specialists who saw the mother's agony that told her codedly that only LUTH and EKO hospital in the whole of Nigeria have the equipment that will be needed to carry out the operation . She took the child to EKO hospital eventually and got the procedure done. You see most of the others on the queue have no choice but to stick to LUTH out of necessity.
The truth is; the years of military rule did us dirty in this country and when democracy came, most politicians just saw it as their own turn to eat from where the Military boys stopped. If not, things should've been better in this country than we have it currently. That's what I'm saying. Luth and Lasuth has better equipments and specialist than most hospitals in Nigeria including the private ones. Almost all critical cases especially in the South West get referred to both teaching hospital which increases the pressure that even the doctors, nurses and specialist faces daily. |

BlueRayDicks: I don share my personal experience for LASUTH for here before. They attended to my patient in the car . We moved from one section to the other within the compound carrying the patient in the car and when they eventually decided to have the patient administered drip, the car served as the bed space. The doctor was even giving some kind of vibe like our patient was lucky we came in a car cos the other option would've been to get white plastic chair on which the patient would be attended to cos the bed spaces were filled up.
Dem LUTH, LASUTH and co are places that can get u depressed if u visit often. I won't be surprised if most of their staff sef are depressed. Maybe because Luth and Lasuth are teaching hospital, that factors into why people troop there. |

Itsrm: Sometimes I wonder what is wrong with UCH. It's supposed to take some of the pressure off LUTH and Lasuth.
Myy friend was referred to LUTH from Lautech teaching hospital. I would have expected them to have referred him to UCH considering the proximity.
Most emergency cases from neighbouring states are always referred to LUTH. Like someone said, Lagos suffers for the incompetence of other states in Nigeria. If other states lives up to 50% of what Lagos does, the pressure wont be much on Lagos as it is right now. |

afrodoc2: They need to elevate a few general hospitals to the level of (or very close to the level of) LASUTH.
Using distance and population statistics they can choose maybe Ikorodu, Badagry, Lagos Island, Alimosho general hospitals for instance. Improve their emergency department facilities, increase capacity, employ more staff and train them appropriately.
There are so many people dying in Nigeria who should be alive. When I see what patients survive here I just think in my mind that these people do not understand how good they have it. Gbagada General hospital sef dey try, I think that's where the cancer ward is located. Both the State govt and Fed Govt needs to invest more in health infrastructure. Look at Ikorodu General hospital for instance, their pre natal emergency ward bed space no reach 20 and you cant stay more than 24hrs there before they move you to the main ward. Another thing is shortage of staff though most of their operation has been digitalized, they should invest more in infrastructure to accept more patients. Funny enough, I heard theres another general hospital in Ikorodu apart from the popular one. |

Itsrm: Same story with LUTH
One time an accident victim was referred from FMC abeokuta to Luth, he made it to the hospital but died while waiting to be attended to because there was no bed space
I once shared the story of a friend who survived cancer. When he went into coma and was referred to Luth, they spent 3 hours in the vehicle that brought him because there was no bed.
It took the intervention of some of their church members who made calls to the high places before they got him a bed.
Luth is more or less the only decent hospital with the best equipment and doctors in the whole of the South West. All critical and emergency cases end up in Luth. It is too much. Luth and Lasuth are always overcrowded even what some people can get treatment for in the general hospital closer to them, they prefer to go to Luth. I know someone that refuses to use Ikorodu General Hospital and went all the way to Ikeja to use Lasuth, las las he went back to Ikorodu General Hospital when the crowd too much for ham. I dont blame some people sha, Luth and Lasuth has the best specialists for most cases. When my wife was using Ikorodu general hospital before, their specialist consultant usually comes from Lasuth |

Itsrm: Some will disagree but Wike has done extremely well.
You will hardly see a single pothole on all major roads in PH. Infact, this is the first time I've seen a governor commissioning internal roads because there's hardly anything left to do on the major roads.
Most of us living around places where he has commissioned internal roads have tarred roads running through the front of our gates.
The last time I went to Ibadan, I realised I had been enjoying a lot of things without even realising it. If you see the thick traffic within town at 12pm, you won't believe it. And it's not a one off, it was a regular occurrence. This is almost impossible in PH. You can have pockets of traffic during rush hour but quite rare during the day.
The other day Lar.ride said he leaves the office by 4pm and gets home by 6pm. Except in very rare cases, If I leave anywhere in PH by 4pm, I should should get to my house in a maximum of 45 minutes.
If you visit the state owned hospital(BMH) and the federal owned(UPTH) its very easy to see which is well funded. It's the same thing with the State owned university (RSUST) and the federal( UNIPORT). The ambience and infrastructure is incomparable.
I even heard that( I haven't confirmed) lecturers in RSUST earn more money than their counterparts in UNIPORT. This is very rare.
I can go on and on but hand don dey pain me
The one part people have always blamed him is the lack of employment into the civil service since he became governor. He has now directed the employment of 10,000 workers into the civil service. I heard hes owing pension, is it true? |

In dat regard,I blv the final result would actually be tinted to being false except there are other ways to verify what was uploaded...
In all,the election would be an absolute nonsense if it doesn't tally with the Irev uploads........ There are validators to validates the result that was typed in before its uploaded. |

From the minute he started trending, people were already sounding alarm about his person.
Then they were questioning his motive and method of the result coalition.
He himself has come out to put out disclaimers about the work. Because people could input wrong numbers into the system.
Apart from the that, mutilated numbers ( many of which are pro-obi) cannot be added. Also INEC itself hasn't finished uploading the result. Do you need another sheet to shalaye? |
