Please, take her to the hospital first. xavuv: |
The one in Igando was commissioned sometimes last year, but remains unoccupied till now. Or is there something I'm missing? Maybe someone could enlighten me better. |
Investment is key. |
Did you even read the post at all? TheRealProphet: |
I made it Finally!!!! |
The idea isn't bad, it's a welcomed one. |
Forget roundabouts for now. Lagosians, please who knows the cause of the traffic usually experienced along Lagos Abeokuta expressway. Just to get to National after Ikeja Along and notice there's really nothing reason causing that traffic daily! That road should be taken as priority in fighting traffic. |
My prayers are with those Christians over there in the North. It's really a pity these things are happening. May God be with them over there (Amen) |
Should they resume their strike, we all are going to be in this darkness together. I'd rather suggest both parties come to a dialogue, instead of resuming the strike. |
Watching the fight last night, I began to like Boxing. ![]() It's actually not a bad sport! , Nice one to Anthony, he fought well, the belts were deserved! Also, I officially welcome Ruiz to the NBG ![]() |

I'm not against ladies drinking, but then not beer! You can take other things (Whiskey, Vodka, Spirit) but not beer! Leave beer for the men, take other drinks women.. |
Is that really unsafe? Because all these Lagos Danfo no dey gree off engine to buy fuel Nastydroid: |
I'd also be graduating soon. Let me book my space and learn from the elders ![]() |
The painful thing is that stories like this eventually end up as just news... No support from government to the young man to realise his dreams |
Let's be factual and unbiased. I see a Lagos that is working# Even though there are some lapses, Lagos state is improving. God bless those who are working hard to make this work, irrespective of their political parties... |
You asked? bestpunterever: |

A Danfo bus is currently burning at IKeja Bridge. I really don't know the cause of the fire, but it started gradually and now, the whole bus is totally consumed by the fire. There's a Fire station around Ikeja here, but I don't know why they still haven't gottne here. To those coming from Oba-Akran, heading towards Yaba, Maryland, it is advisable they follow other routes aside from the Ikeja Bridge because a lot of vehicles are on the bridge, and I'm sure there's going to be a lot of traffic here today, due to the fire incidence.

Bros enter Ikeja computer village. From Obafemi Awolowo way to Allen, na dirty full the whole drainage system.. Lagos is polluted mehn |

For the sake of good health... For the sake of not having to visit the hospital at all for years, let alone, once in every month.. Even though I do not really have money, but then, I've got good health which is unpaid for, God I'm grateful! |
Very possible, as long as the tenant isn't the cause of the wear and tear. The landlord takes care of other repairs paix: |
Stop getting your apartments by contacting local agents. Contact the right professionals (Estate Surveyors). However, The only proper fees you are meant to pay when you want to enter into occupation of a new premise are; 1. Rent (The amount the building commands, the money the building owner gets) 2. Agency fee ( Certain percentage of the rent is usually collected as agency fee) 3. Legal fee (The basis of your contract. The landlord and tenants obligations are usually stated here.) 4. Caution deposit ( Refundable fee, if you keep the premise intact as you met it) 5. Service charge (depending on how the premise is being managed) Don't contact quacks(local agents) for property related affairs! Na person wey sabi road make you follow! |
It's beginning to get more interesting. I'm waiting for another excuse from Efcc after the petition. Like seriously? To all the illegal + legal arrests they have been making lately, who wrote petition against those guys they arrested? In as much as they should be commendable for some jobs welldone, they also need to be condemned for being biased in the performance of their duties to some members of the public. I thought EFCC as an institution isn't supposed to be loyal to anyone, but here they are, picking sides. What do I know? I know I'm in Nigeria, anyways, I shouldn't be suprised. |
My heart don beat sharp again mehn. Sometimes, I usually rush to view posts like this to check if it's not someone I know... I don't know if the feeling is normal mehn.... ![]() #Crime doesn't pay, stay legit, workhard! ![]() |
He'd eventually publish the names when he becomes Nans President. Is this some sort of campaign or what? Rubbish ![]() |
Enough of these theories. Please can you crash the price already and let's start seeing the practical thing? We need more actions now, rather than some abstract representations. |

, Nice one to Anthony, he fought well, the belts were deserved!
