I was wondering why Netflix acquired Lionheart until I saw the movie yesterday. Trust me, it’s a simple, humble, and well delivered script; above all the movie feels so real and there wasn’t any move to flaunt luxury showmanship over deep content.
This movie is for those who appreciate real stories, not hype and media marketing. A premium product sells itself, and even if Genevieve doesn’t gross much from the Nigerian cinemas, she has made enough from Netflix and has registered her name. It’s understandable why her competitors or contemporaries in Nollywood May be jealous. She made a big move!

I'm telling you,the movie isn't getting all the hype it deserves but this movie is a too good to be on the low like this..
It's the first movie am seeing this year and I'm sure it's already part of my Top movies this year!
