Am about to go for borehole drilling around itokin road ikorodu, the test says depth of about 75m - 80m. Please who has an idea about how much it will cost to drill and who has done it around that area so that I can ascertain the depth

Yr bricklayer or aluminium guys should be able to install the doors. It shouldn't need special costs like dat

Building plans sent in for approval in August .
Approved out late October.
Estimated budget:N14 - 16 millions hopefully.
Duration:2 -3years God willing.
The first thing to do was to secure the land by building the fence.

Gentlemen,

I will go straight to the point. My dream as a kid is to have a big farmland since I see farming as any other business. So far have gotten a good area of land over 20 plots in a town in Oyo state for the purpose of this. Though am into a job that requires me not been able to monitor it except 30 days in a year.

Really dunno and curious what to expect. I Intend dividing the land 15 plots for crop farming and 5 for animal poultry and fish farming.
