Stratigraphy

These three are very important. Your borehole shoukd not be at the down slope side if topography is to be considered.

In a situation where your lithostratigraphy is like what we ve in Lagos, you should know you ll be drinking each other's poo comparesd to places where you ve strong laterites dat can seal the poo from migrating.

It's always good to give a considerable distance. 3.6m might be a good distance enough in some place and might be very bad in others.

Your well seems to be undergoing differential settlement,

do you notice any physical issues with the water? Like colour, odour, taste? If not, ordinary chlorine and alum can be introduced.

Or continously pump the water out to see if you can have a natural potable water. One should try to reduce intake of chemicals now a days.

Like how much is well dig per feet in osun state

The ring type is actually done in areas difficult to dig,

like having rocks on your plot, it might be difficult to ve a normal rectangular septic tank.

The disadvantage is that it fills up on time...like within 10 years.
