Soil testing cost depends on the scope of work, the size of the land and the structure to put on.

For a simple duplex in Lagos and suburb, the cost is generally not less 300k. It should include cpt, spt and laboratory analysis.

Do a geophysical investigation first, to find out your site overburden thickness, basement signatures and possible drilling depth. That's what you need to know the cost for drilling. Niger state drilling is normally charged on per meter base.
