Very true, hmm. Its a hard tie as the only advantage of Cx air i see is the better camera.
Yes, Hot 4 pro has a better better battery and processor. The margin isn't much, though.
PhonesRe: Nigeria’s First Mobile Cinema Smartphone Unveiled Infinix Hot 5 & HOT 5 Lite by lastbaff(m): 10:58pm On Aug 30, 2017

PhonesRe: Infinix Hot 4 Pro VS Tecno Cx Air.. Which Is Better?? by lastbaff(m): 10:41pm On Aug 30, 2017

Cx air is miles better.

Quad core processor on the Infinix vs Octa core on the Cx air
The only advantage Hot 4 pro holds here is much better battery (4000mah). Im not sure but i believe hot 4 houses a better speaker
Tecno Camon Cx Air has quad core not octa core.
PhonesRe: Infinix Hot 4 Pro VS Tecno Cx Air.. Which Is Better?? by lastbaff(m): 10:33pm On Aug 30, 2017
maximmajor:
Please someone should help me here... should I go for infinix hot 4 pro or Techno cx air
Hot 4 pro: 6.0 Marshmallow, 13MP back camera, 5MP front, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 4000mAh, 1.3GHz quad core
Camon Cx air: 7.0 Nougat, 13MP back and front, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 3200mAh, 1.25 quad core

Hot 4 pro wins for me. You can upgrade to Nougat if you wish. There are other Infinix phones on this list of latest Infinix phones.

saddik:
Great minds and feedback here.
I appreciate all ur input.

As per the software issue, I'm not to concerned with that.
However, the user interface software is my concern.

Lastly, I hope the battery specified for the M6 will be as advertised, meaning long battery life and not over heating the board?

For the price of 100k and all the great specs, I keep wondering in comparison to Samsung in the same price range I.e.J7 which do u think is worth it.
Considering that I usually use a phone for about 2 years.
For user interface, I'll go for J7 any day. As for battery, M6 wins. Gionee phones generally last long in terms of battery.

PhonesRe: Gionee M6 Or Infinix Note 4 Pro by lastbaff(m):
saddik:
I need advice on what phone to buy.

I need good battery life and fast multitasking as well as ruggedness.

Please advise. I intend to use the phone for at least 2 years.

Gionee M6 is going for 100k, while infinx note 4 pro with stylus is going for 72k.
So your major concerns are: Battery life, fast multitasking, and ruggedness

Battery: M6 (5000mAh) ... N4 pro (4500mAh)
Multitasking: M6 (4GB RAM, 64GB ROM, 1.8GHz processor) [Source: Latest Gionee phones and prices] ... N4 pro (3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 1.3GHz processor) [This means M6 is faster]
Ruggedness: As far as I know, Gionee phones are more rugged than Infinix phones.

Considering the specs, Gionee M6 meets your requirements more than Infinix Note 4 pro. But if you must choose Infinix, consider any of the latest Infinix phones.

The XPen gives Note 4 Pro an edge over others. Although, that's a feature found in previous generation Samsung phones. As for the ordinary Note 4, I'll rather get S2 pro because of this comparison

s2 pro battery will get u frustrated trust me.
My current phone has 3050mAh battery and i don't get troubled. I guess I'll do well with 3000mAh.

As for me, I go with S2 Pro. The dual front camera and larger memory are a big plus. I’ll upgrade the OS later.

PhonesRe: Review Of The Infinix X-pen: Is It Worth N4,500? (PICS) by lastbaff(m):
ezzylee:
This is just a complete knock-of of the Samsung Galaxy Note line.

Samsungs pen is called the S-pen and the Infinix is called the X-pen.

Samsung Air command, Infinix air command.

Samsung has the screen off memo already.

Samsung has the continuous screen shot thing too already.

I'm very sure Samsung has all these features being talked about on this Infinix device.

My question now is WHAT CAN THIS PHONE DO THAT SAMSUNG CAN'T DO OR ALREADY HASN'T DONE?
For the sake of argument, let's assume there's nothing this phone can do that Samsung can't. The idea here is this: All the features you mentioned, found in Samsung phones, can now be enjoyed at lower price on a brand new phone — not fairly used.

PhonesRe: Infinix Hot 4 Lite Or Tecno Spark K7. Which Is Preferable? by lastbaff(m):
Infinix Hot 4 Lite:
OS — 6.0, Display — 5.5", ROM — 16GB, RAM — 1GB, Back Cam— 8MP, Front Cam —5MP, Battery — 4000mAh

Tecno Spark K7:
OS — 7.0, Display — 5.5", ROM — 16GB, RAM — 1GB, Back Cam— 13MP, Front Cam — 5MP, Battery — 3000mAh

I'll rather go for the Infinix since I can upgrade the OS later on. And I trust the 8MP in Infinix than the 13MP in Tecno.

But if I'm to consider durability, I'll choose the Spark 7.

Can Voguepay be used for international clients? I mean does it accept dollars?

I saw this on the website:

"Our payment solutions allows you to make and accept payments online from other voguepay members or etranzact and visa card holders. Master card holders would be signed up when they want to pay you."

What does the statement in bold really mean?

TV/MoviesStartimes Nigeria Secrets: Decoder Price, Bouquets, App, Channels, And More by lastbaff(op): 10:35pm On Apr 01, 2017
Startimes is one of the topmost pay tv companies in Nigeria.

The company originated from China and has been around since 1988.

It found its way to the Nigerian TV industry in 2009 when it collaborated with NTA to form a joint venture known as NTA-STAR TV Network.

Today, Startimes has outlets in different areas across the country. It offers over 100 channels to millions of customers in Nigeria.

It has now become a household name when you talk about direct-to-home pay tv service in Nigeria.

Startimes Decoders and Prices
Startimes offer two types of decoders to customers; the HD decoder and the combo decoder.

°Startimes HD Decoder (₦5,100)
°Startimes Combo Decoder (₦9,900)
°10m External Antenna (₦3,200)

>>>The Startimes HD decoder can be used without having to install a dish. Installing it is easy and fast. All you have to do is to plug and play. The decoder gives high-quality pictures and has a good user interface.

>>>With the Startimes combo decoder, you get over 100 channels. It works well with both antenna and dish. You should also expect a high-definition picture quality with this well-designed decoder. The combo decoder is more expensive than the HD decoder and has a better quality.

>>>The external antenna is designed for a stronger signal. Although the decoders have inbuilt antennas, the 10m external antenna gives you a more reliable signal for more entertainment. This doesn’t mean that you won’t get enough pleasure without it. Your decoder will work perfectly even without the external antenna
