Business / Re: Convert Paypal To Naira by LateefO(m): 7:59am On May 04, 2010
chnovpaul:

Can anyone help me? I need to do some conversion from Paypal USD to Nigerian currency. Can anyone please tell me how to go about this?

Well said by sabaestate, all you need to do is check online for paypal merchants or buyers and sell it to them in exchange for Naira, you will be ask to first transfer the paypal into the merchant's account before he or she pays you the equivalent in Naira, so beware of whom you deal with. You can also see buyers form some newspaper, those who advertise there. contact them and you are done. I won't want to mention names here. you get.

i need help i have materials that can help with modelling, real estate marketing, intimacy and relationships, making money through soccer and lots more but the only problem i have is marketing them on nairaland any ideas on how i can solve this problem

Dear aspiring info marketer, its good you have such best selling product, they are key to cool money.
First, I want you to know that it is not only on nairaland that you can advertise your product, try using other means too, expand your tentacles and you will get more response.
But as for selling on Nairaland, all you need to do is contribute very well to threads that will match your product not relationship in business thread, you get. By the time you post helpful and intresting post, you will see people who will have interest in you and your signature will be the guide to your site where you will sell the products to them. As for getting phone numbers it is spamming and it is not ok cos those people in the first place do not know you and definitely didn't give you their numbers, so you will be like a disturbance, who knows they might not even have interest in what you want to offer unlike people who geniuly contact you.

Try it out it works.

Premek:

I want to set up soap production business and I want ideas and suggestions on how to go about it, including sources of raw materials. If you can be of help including regular supply of raw materials contact me through this email address preciouschika23@yahoo.co.uk or reply here.

That can be quite easy if only you view it that way and can also be hard, all you need to do is do some research work and you will be astonished at the information you will have at hand at the end of the day rather than looking for someone who has a ready made work to give or sell. I'm not saying you should not collect or buy but doing some research on your own will widen your horizon and you will definitely get more idea and knowledge on the subject.
Thanks.
Business / Ever Thought About This? by LateefO(m): 10:16am On Apr 08, 2010
Hi All,
You might have heard this and if not you are hearing it now, Mike Adenuga is set to fly in Beyonce for his daughter's wedding ceremony. (Fine). But that is not what I'm after.

The issue here is that how much do you think the female star artist will charge for this? Let's say by her standard $500,000 - $1,000,000 which is approximately N75,000,000 - N140,000,000. (Fine).

Now, where I'm going is that do you think he will have to withdraw from his savings to fund this? As for me I don't think so, as a business guru and an entrepreneur, what I think he will do is call his managers and financial advisers to create a plan for all Glo subscribers, let's say 20,000,000 subscribers, what he needs to do is get N7 each from us (Me and U) and here the money comes.

The lesson here is that if you can create a residual income, passive income, then you need not worry about money when the need be just like this my role model. Maybe you don't know you can't be working for someone and have this kind of lifestyle, it can only be done by creating for yourself a steam of income, a job of your own just like I do.

I create for myself a passive income of my own, working for myself at the comfort of my room with my computer, I tell you, you can also do that.

Think about this.

Wish you success as the bank unleash the criminal.
Business / Re: Please I Need A Job Urgently by LateefO(m): 1:00pm On Apr 01, 2010
Hi job seekers,
Greetings to you for your endurance in this country of ours. It promises no job but yet you endure over time looking for one which is not available. I pray your determination take you to a place you so desire.

Yes, you read the subject well. Why look for job? Looking for job in this country is like looking for what is not available, so why the search? Instead why not CREATE a job for yourself and let people start looking for your own job.

Or better still, While you are looking for job why not create something for yourself pending the time you get that job you are looking for?

I'm saying this because I believe it's easier to create a job than look for one. I created a job for myself and thus I work for myself.
I pay myself (my site proofs this), I resume at my convenience. It's mine, It gives me FREEDOM the ultimate thing I desire.

Why not just try and think of what to do or better think of what someone is doing successfully and give it a twist or follow the person's footstep and I guarantee you will be there soon. I did the same.

Feel free to contact me anytime for help.

I care about your success

Business / Re: Do I Buy A Car or Invest With The Money? by LateefO(m): 8:33pm On Mar 10, 2010
Dear beejeai,
How are you doing? Guess cool. Well to respond to your question.
My own submission is that you don't need to buy a car now because by all standard a car in no by anyway an asset but rather a liability (it losses 30% of its value immediately after purchase) which is not worth it at this stage of your life (Remember you will need regular operation and maintenance fee, fuel and other services). Fine you might want to prove big boy, it is not only by having a car that you can prove that, moreover you will keep running after different things all in the name of big boy, and these friends of yours will only lead you to nowhere.

My father do say this "Save now so that you shall be Saved latter", "Work now so that you will not work latter", "Suffer now so that you will not suffer latter". These are words for the wise.

It is better you invest your money, it is an asset and when the time comes that you need the car you will have no option than to go get it (you won't even have to ask of people's opinion by then). When you invest it's a seed, the grains from it will also produce another one (in compound investment) and their own seed bears another seed. Meaning that you can even by a car from the gains of your investment while your money still remains intact.

Manage to live the life as it is now and you shall enjoy latter.

Hope this helps.

Adverts / Re: How Can Some1 Make Some Money Through Facebook by LateefO(m): 6:02pm On Mar 10, 2010
@ Farabond,
Making money on facebook is quite easy and can sometimes be hard if you don't know how to. i.e. the modulus operando.
Since you have friends on facebook who believe in you, all you have to do is indirectly advertise your product or service to them of course if it's something they need they will definitely contact you back (remember your friend's friend will also see it through their friend) so you are advertising to lots of people. You can do a search on google or other search engines for more info on this rather than going ahead to buy book which promises and fails (not all books). It's real cos I do make money on facebook and other way also but you only need to learn the technical know-how.
Hope this answers your question.

@3rnest,
To respond to your question, it's about you thinking (a deep one indeed) about a problem people are facing and them go ahead to solve the problem or provide the solution. I bet you you will get rich in no time. That is the ultimate money making machine or idea. SOLVE A PROBLEM.
In all honesty, two weeks ago I made over N270,000 in 2weeks just by detecting a problem and providing the solution. We were three in the team.
Let me tell you, you might not have the solution but you can search for the person that has the solution and team up with him/her to solve the problem. Money will definetely roll in. But have it at the back of your mind that you are solving problem not making money and you will be satisfied.

Hope this helps.

@ Mayowastuff,
Greetings to you and I'm glad to know that you use bet365. It's quite good. I also use them as well over a year now.
To quickly answer your question, you can use GTBank master card, it is acceptable by bet 365. I use it so I'm talking from experience.
You can get it for as low as $130 ($100 will be in your card and $30 will be their annual maintenance charge and card issuing charge) it is well worth it.
I use it and it works.

Hope this answer your question.

If you want to learn how to monetize your website, just download the ebook i attached below and read it carefully.

To your success.

@consultmartins,
Rather than directing one to your site to download a book why not just give the idea here so that all can share it. This is a better way to post on forums I guess.

@ poster (shezvar),
You still havn't give us a way to help you. You haven't tell us the site to check the look and help modify, however all things being equal on the site I can only say that you either sell something on the site or provide service to make money.
Another way is to add referal links and google ads but all still depends on the type of site in question.

I want to start making real money on my website, because going to cafe everyday to browse i snot an easy thing to do so anyubody that can help me should please do so.

Hi shezvar,
That's quite saddning, well we all started that way and even if such things do not happen we won't appreciate our effort. Sincerely speaking there are lots of ways by which you can monetize or make money from your website, all you need is the right tools.
but before going into that I will like to know the site and what it contains, so that I can access it and tell you where the mistakes are.
Your response will help in the continuation of this conversation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
