I don't think she s trying to justify the killing but in your own mind what other way should he have dealt with her? His reaction must have been out sudden anger which could have been curtailed if there was room for it but it's so unfortunate it ended up in a murder case. He ll'd face the consequence too but I don't think he deserves to be executed.
