Are you aware you pick up lines can be classified? Weird right? This one you picked out would be easily grouped under "funny pick up lines" doesn't mean it's crappy.

It all depends on the target.

I could form a pick up line using superman movie, or any anime. Still depends on who I am saying it to.

For me to use a pickup line obviously I must have studied the person, and I must know the group I would pick from that would suit your persona. You saying you don't fancy such lines is prolly cause you are yet to hear that which works on you or describes your favourites.

Even "I love you" is a pickup line.
