My advice: Why don't u just apply facoffestac tech so pics can't be saved by people and its a bit more organized. Thats why a lot are removin their pics trust me.

I'm actually aware of the "Sicilian connection"- The headquarters of drug tradin in the world. I use to know 'Sicily as a city in Italy' (how rhymeful) but If u read Ka's posts above. Some countries are a bit problematic politically and its dificult to take a stance on them.
