When is it OK to kiss a colleague? Two Tanzanian police officers, whose kiss was widely shared on social media, have prompted a discussion about just that - and both have also lost their jobs.

A relationship with a colleague can throw up any number of complications, but the two young police officers in the picture may not have thought it would end their careers. The photograph - taken in Kagera, north west Tanzania - shows the pair kissing whilst dressed in their work uniforms, and was considered grounds for dismissal. Residents of the country have taken to social media to voice their dismay.

The image was uploaded to the internet by a third officer, who also took the photo, and drawn to the attention of the authorities at the Kagera police force. Henry Mwaibambe, the regional police commander, spoke to the BBC about the steps taken, and defends his department's decision. "We followed all disciplinary procedures to make sure that they were given a chance to defend themselves," he says. "The officer looking at the case was convinced there was compelling evidence against them, and that they had breached police code of conduct. That's why they lost their jobs." In this case it wasn't the kiss itself that led to their dismissal, but the fact that that it happened in public, whilst in uniform, and was subsequently posted online. Indeed, the officer behind the camera also lost his job over the incident.

The story was picked up by the local press last week, and news of the punishment has surprised many on social media. Most believed the response was disproportionate. "They should have been reprimanded, sacking them is extreme, huuh!" posted one on Facebook. "I once saw a pic of former US President the late Reagan kissing his wife in the Oval Office... and nobody called for his impeachment," said another. "Police couple kissing taken more serious than bribery," wrote a third on Twitter.

Masoud George, a lawyer at the Tanzania Legal and Human Rights Center says that as severe as the punishment seems, the decision is unlikely to be illegal. "It is according to their code of conduct, so from a legal point of view we can't say their dismissal was unfair," he tells the BBC.

Done rooting the phone. Do you have an idea how I can change the phone imei? Mobileuncle and Mtk Engineering aren't working. Mtk droid tools won't detect my phone. I have installed all drivers needed... adb terminal and driver, yet no luck.

Joered63: I downloaded some of the IRF but when I open the viper4android folder it is empty. I still put them inside the folder but when I open the app where can I select it?

Use your default file manager to access ViPER4/kernel. When I used ES explorer, I couldn't find the folder. Copy the .irs files into the folder. Open ViPER4Android, you will see impulse response under the headset tab. Open it and select your choice.

Check tunnex190's signature, I downloaded like 20 irs files from the link. Open file manager and copy them to storage/SDcard/ViPER4/kernel, close file manager. Select whichever impulse response you want from the app.

I downloaded it from the link Tonyx4x44 uploaded before the file was taken down. In addition, make sure it's ViPER4Android FX you install and not ViPER4Android XHiFi (it has less settings compare to FX, but with superior audio reconstruction - XDA).

Download viper4android on playstore or from the link tonyx uploaded above.
Get and install busybox.

onegig: first...you need to uninstall the current drivers of the modem then next download anything relating to modems, communication utilities drivers you can find on the page femi gave to you.

The huawei modem driver is pre installed in the modem, what you need are laptop drivers that ll allow the modem to function properly. I hope you have better understanding now

I do now, thanks bro. Indulge me for being a learner. Well, there are many drivers listed for my device so I can't really pinpoint which one will correct this anomaly. 13 drivers alone are under Driver for Network. Looking forward to your reply.

It will bring out the available models, click on your model
Then, Select your Operating system (i.e window 7stater 32bits)
Click on the network drivers and select any missing driver for your laptop

I did as u instructed. I was able to get to the page, but huawei driver isn't listed among the results.
