Supplementary list as regards this, is that; they are trying to complete the recruitment by absorbing more candidate with the current requirement for the process. So if your talking about the age, they are wise enough to know that it should be for the current time of the vacancy at the moment.

That's impossible, they can never use the 2019 age range, go back and check the job advert, it was specifically for the 2021 supplementary; if not, they would have made it known too.

The reason why graduates with Masters are preferred is because it reduces the risk of them leaving to further their studies after the company has invested in training and all. This is my opinion.

However, considering that you haven't gotten a rejection mail yet, you can take solace in the fact that some of us got the documentation mail only later which means it could be in batches. Bro, they have been a time in this same recruitment in the past were candidate are left out, ignored and forgotten, without even receiving any mail from them. The aptitude test isn't in batches. Supply chain test was for yesterday while Finance is for today. About 150 candidates only were shortlisted for both roles to write the aptitude test. Successful applicants at this test stage would get invite for A.C/Interview before end of next week which would be done the following week. Offers likely to be made before end of June for resumption in August.

Just very few guys are needed for the residential training.

I dont think thats the case, because I and some persons with Masters haven't been contacted yet.

When I was called then, when many of us was called to confirm some details, weeks back, I asked the recruiter what was the bases for selection, the person answered that It will be on a random selection because of the massive number of applicants.

However, lets believe its not over yet. Because if the interview will be Virtual, then notification will be sent in small numbers of persons batch, because they will need time to screen persons duely online.

So lets keep the Faith up, this is my opinon.

Is just that this year approach is quite different from the previous ones recruitment strategy that has been consistent then. They just changed the approach this time around. Talking about the number of applicant, this is not the first time they have been a massive application for this program and this one ain't different too. If its actually a random selection thing, its a fault then, cos due procedures wasn't followed unlike the previous.My opinion though,somehow though.

As long as they are yet to start test, everything is still under control. You can only know the process is over when people start getting test invite.

About the age criteria, I will say you are wrong because I know someone older than me that got the mail. I also know someone that we are both of same age that got the mail and I did not get, in fact we are good friends.

And these people I made reference to above, none of them had masters, none of them had first class but they all had 2.1.

So let's just be calm. Speculations won't help at the moment.

Then why will they send mail, asking for waec grade and nysc date, nobody filled this info at the beginning of the process at gr8tjobsng. That's why am wondering.
