Iran may be winning over doubters with the diplomatic, moderate tone of its new president Hassan Rouhani—but Israel just struck an epic blow in an even more important war: the war for social media buzz. Mondoweiss calls it "sophomoric," but I'd bet social media buzz experts everywhere would agree that this fake Linked In profile of Rouhani, created by the Israeli Embassy in the U.S., is deliciously epic, and represents utter pwnage. Who needs to encounter new developments in international relations with patience and diplomacy when you can leverage pre-existing brand associations to capture eyeballs in a truly epic way? "Like" this? We "love" it! Upvote to infinity! The Somali Al-Shabaab issued a statement Tuesday reporting that the terrorists inside the Westgate shopping mall, with whom communications were established, say they are still battling the Kenyan military and are holding a large number of hostages, challenging official Kenyan claims. DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources have found the Al Shabaab reports generally reliable. http://debka.com/newsupdatepopup/5853/ |
On 3 September 2013, Russia shot down two US ballistic missiles that were heading towards the Syrian coast, allegedly 'in the direction of Damascus'. The missiles were reportedly fired from Spain, or, from the central part of the Mediterranean. "The launches were detected by the ballistic missile early warning system in Armavir in southern Russia, the defence ministry said in a statement quoted by Russian news agencies." "The trajectory of these objects goes from the central part of the Mediterranean Sea toward the eastern part of the Mediterranean coast," Interfax news agency quoted a Russian spokesman as saying. Reportedly, Russia shot down the missiles. Then Russia went on war alert and sent a stiff warning to US intelligence. The Head of the Russian Intelligence Service contacted US intelligence and informed it that: "Hitting Damascus means hitting Moscow... "We have removed the term 'downed the two missiles' from our statement to preserve the bilateral relations and to avoid escalation. "Therefore, you must immediately reconsider your policies, approaches and intentions on the Syrian crisis, as you must be certain that you cannot eliminate our presence in the Mediterranean."... "This unannounced direct confrontation between Moscow and Washington increased the Obama Administration's ... certainty that the Russian side was determined to support Syria, and that the US did not have a way out of its impasse except through a Russian initiative which would save America’s face…" he added If accurate, yes, this is huge. Why a ballistic missile strike? But also, where was the intercept made? It seems it would be upon re-entry on the down side of the parabolic path, but, then, again, the description sounds as if it was towards the initial launch point. But, then, again, the intercept was reported to be in the East Mediterranean of the coast of Syria. Interception of a ballistic missile is a "big deal" in terms of technological ability. Much, much, harder than a cruise missile or even a fighter jet. All public reports refer to interception of ballistic missiles at the early post launch stage (the clime on the parabolic flight path). Russia has technology the U. S. public is not aware of ? ...Could this have been a 'head shot' in an attempt to take out Assad? A well informed diplomatic source told As-Safir newspaper that “the US war on Syria had started and ended the moment those two ballistic missiles were fired, leaving inconsistent information, as Israel denied and Russia confirmed, until an Israeli statement was issued indicating they were fired in the context of an Israeli-US joint drill and fell in the sea, and that they were not related to the Syrian crisis.” The source further told the Lebanese daily that “the US forces fired these two rockets from a NATO base in Spain, and were instantly detected by the Russian radars and confronted by the Russian defense systems, so one of them exploded in the airspace and the second one diverted towards the sea.” http://www.almanar.com.lb/english/adetai...id=71&s1=1 |

He arrived Lagos about three months ago to stay with my uncle and his wife, who's an Ibo woman. By the way his uncle is from Edo State and their marriage is about four years without kids. In the last week of August his bros travelled to the North on official business and something happened in his bedroom. He came back that day because he could not meet up a job appointment in Igando area due to heavy traffic. He was reluctant to return home since he had just left but he couldn't think of a better place to go so he headed home. On getting to our compound, he didn't find the gate man at his post and he was even angry because of the security risk of him leaving the gate open like that. But something got him worried when he saw the gate man's sandals right inside their sitting room. He just told myself that something is going on between his uncle's wife and this dirty boy. He was right, when he moved close to the window of his uncle's bedroom he started hearing screams of sexual pleasure from his wife. He tried to peep into the room but it was difficult because of the protector. So, he summoned courage and walk to the door as if he wanted to tell my uncle's wife that he was back. He opened the door and caught the adulterous woman red-handed under the dirty gate man (boy). Sadly, the gate man was already ejaculating so he couldn't get up immediately, it took him few seconds to jump off and grab his clothes. He simply walked away and returned to the sitting room, pretending to be watching a programme on the TV. Few minutes later his uncle's wife joined him and started begging that it would not happen again. He didn't say a word but when she kept pressing, he said ok I've heard. Later she brought food for him but he refused it and since then she has been putting pressure on him. The unfortunate thing is now she even wants him to sleep with her as an assurance that he wont tell his uncle, always coming to his room half naked. Because of this he has not been eating in the house in the last one week, he is almost going broke already. His uncle may be back next week. He will like people with more experience to tell him what to do when he comes back. Should he tell his uncle the kind of wife he married or quietly move out? |
http://www.realjewnews.com/?p=848 By Brother Nathanael Kapner Copyright 2013 September 11, 2013 THE MASTER STRIKES AGAIN… this time tripping up Jewry’s plans to use a bombed-out Syria as a half-way house on their way to blow up Iran. While AIPAC led the charge along with fat cat Sheldon Adelson and countless other Jewish organizations to use the US Military to do their dirty work on the sovereign nation of Syria, it was Russia who took the high ground to stop the Jewish rampage. Over and over again, Russia reminded the world that not only was America deficient in presenting viable evidence that Dr Assad used chemical weapons but that a US strike on Syria would violate international law. And now, Putin (a master of Ju-Jitsu which uses leverage to make an opponent’s body work against itself), has tripped up AIPAC by diffusing the crisis via a pre-arranged agreement with Dr Assad to have Syria surrender its chemical weapons. Putin is the Black Belt of the world — he tossed the West, Israhell, the Syrian National Council, and the Gulf Arab monarchies in one beautiful over the shoulder Judo throw using their momentum against them. And the Master has shown the world that diplomacy is better than murder…the only policy Jewry and its captive nation, Jewmerica, knows. Do Jews care about what’s moral or illegal?…Read the Jew-owned New York Times article, “Bomb Syria Even If It’s Illegal,” and decide for yourself. But now Putin, NOT Jewmerica, is calling the shots. And that’s the way it should be now that the Mideast is ‘up for grabs’ with regard to geopolitical powers of influence. The only way Dr Assad would surrender his chemical weapon missile system—since it is Syria’s key deterrence and defense system against Israel…admitted by Israel—would be in exchange for something which is an even stronger defense system, which would also be protective of Russia’s interests inside Syria. How to steal the thunder from Tel Aviv and DC? It would be to remove the fuse from this ‘time bomb.’ Critical parts of the Syrian chemical weapons arsenal, especially its delivery systems and most vulnerable and dangerous agents, can be carried safely to a temporary storage area in Russia, under UN auspices. The only person who could solve this problem is Putin. He has the means and is trusted by Assad to allow Russian special forces to remove chemical weapons and load them onto the large landing ship Nikolai Filchenkov guarded by a contingent of Russian marines. But what about the ’special cargo’ the Nikolai Filchenkov picked up in Russia? That Russian “special cargo” on its way to Syria could be the extremely advanced S-400 missile system which Russia has said is not available at this time in the arms trade business. Yet, it was Putin himself who warned that Syria will soon have weapons not seen before in the Middle East if the US did not back off of its plans. If Russia is indeed hauling its S-400s for Syria on its naval landing ship—which can certainly take the weight being a tank hauler and can beach itself to offload if no port is available—we are talking about a deployment time of about 5 minutes after the mobile launchers arrive at their destinations after being driven off the ship. And this is why Jewry is NOT happy about Putin tripping up their war-mongering plans. BUT ARMAGEDDON has not been defeated…it’s just been postponed. AIPAC, Adelson—and those hundreds of Jewish organizations—have BILLIONS of dollars at their disposal. And Jewish dollars is what rules Capitol Hill and what makes “bringing democracy” to the world a laughable, (yet dangerous) American farce. |

Source http://debka.com/article/22791/Assad-Pulls-Ahead-in-Syrian-War-Putin-Khamenei-Are-Co-Victors March 5 has been set as the date for peace talks to open in Moscow between the Syrian opposition and the Assad regime, debkafile reveals here exclusively. Opposition leader Moaz al-Khatib is waiting to meet the Assad regime’s representative, possibly Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem, in the Russian capital by the end of February to set up the talks. Bashar Assad has taken his resignation off the agenda and insists on reserving the option to run again for president in 2014. He is backed in this by President Vladimir Putin. And even the Syrian opposition appears to have tacitly bowed to this precondition – an admission that the rebel movement has reached its limit and Assad’s genocidal, no-holds-barred tactics have paid off. With all their acclaimed victories, rebel forces know that their desperate bid to conquer Damascus was repulsed by the Syrian army’s superior fire power and heavy armor. They were thrown back from the heart of Aleppo, Syria’s largest city. And they failed to gain control of Assad’s chemical arsenal. Ferocious fighting failed to bring the big Syrian Air Force bases into rebel hands. Now, most of the fighting opposition to the Assad regime is ready to negotiate terms for a ceasefire as the opening gambit for a political settlement. They face their enemy standing firm as the unvanquished ruler of Syria and commander-in-chief of its armed forces at the cost of Syria 80-100,000 Syrian lives and a ravaged country. In so doing, Assad has cemented the Tehran-Damascus-Hizballah alliance. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s’s sphere of influence now stretches from the Persian Gulf up to the Mediterranean – his reward for the billion dollars worth of aid per month he poured into buttressing Assad. His other ally, Hassan Nasrallah, whose Hizballah operatives fought shoulder to shoulder with Syrian troops, emerges as the strongman of Lebanon. Russian President Vladimir Putin, Assad’s staunch backer in diplomacy, arms and moral support, congratulates himself for picking the winning side in Syria’s civil war and, moreover, frustrating US and NATO designs to remove the Syrian ruler from power. Those are the winners. And the losers are the United States, the Gulf emirates and Saudi Arabia, Israel and Turkey. Barack Obama’s vision of a democratic, liberal “Arab Spring” has collapsed. Al Qaeda is a ubiquitous presence as transitional governments struggle to their feet – or not - in Tunisia, Libya and Egypt. Israel finds a tighter than ever Syrian-Hizballah-Iranian noose closing around its borders as Tehran’s nuclear weapons program marches on. Turkey gambled heavily on bringing about Assad’s overthrow as the key to its bid for regional power– and missed. |
18.02.2013 By Xavier Lerma http://english.pravda.ru/russia/politics/18-02-2013/123823-putin_warns_obama-0/ Last Saturday the US media went wild saying things about Russia like, "Russian nuclear bombers intercepted near Guam" - NBC News "Air Force confirms Russian jets circled US territory of Guam" - Fox News "Sending a Message': Russian Bear Bombers Caught Circling Guam Before Obama Delivered the State of the Union" - The Blaze It happened right before Obama delivered his State of the Union address they said. The funny thing was that it happened last Tuesday but was not reported until Saturday. Yes, the Blaze is right. There was a message. NBC and others would have been on time with the news if they had listened closer to Putin rather than kissing Obama's behind and following Soros' orders. Last Thursday, Putin sent Obama a Valentine: "Any kind of direct or implicit interference with Russia's home affairs, all sorts of pressure being exerted on our country and our allies - is absolutely unacceptable." No, he never mentioned the US but implied it as he has done in other speeches like "bomb and missile democracy" and we all know who is spreading that across the world lately. With McFaul paying off protesters in Moscow and spreading hate; as well as Soros backing Obama and Sharp while pushing Clinton to extremes; the US looks more like terrorists than the terrorists they started fighting. The meeting in Moscow was about counter-terrorism. Can anyone blame Putin for defending Russia? Once Medvedev facetiously said, "we have no missile shield" when he was asked why he was strengthening Russia's missile shield. "Obama has no missiles pointed at us so we obviously have no missile shield". Obama did not lie. He pulled out the old missiles in Poland and told Medvedev that he was removing them. Then the clown from out of town put in new missiles in Poland aimed at Russia. So, Medvedev had a class in Chicago politics 101. Medvedev learned quickly and improved the missile shield. While he was Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin watched Soros and crew like a hawk and reminded Medvedev to beware of Georgia. It was the US who backed Georgia and lied to the American people stating that Russia started the war. Even Pat Buchanan, former US presidential candidate who left the Republican Party, admitted the US was up to no good and was blaming Russia. President Vladimir Putin like a good Cossack under the Tsar, defends Russia with his life. The Whites who lost to the Reds are proud in Heaven knowing that Putin now protects the land they fought to defend against the Communists. Their death was not in vain. The Tsar and his family that was murdered by the Reds can see also their country rescued and now guarded by men truly loyal to Russia. The answer to a martyr's prayer. A Records Manager is someone who is responsible for records management in an organization. Section 4 of the ISO 15489-1:2001 states that records management includes: setting policies and standards; assigning responsibilities and authorities; establishing and promulgating procedures and guidelines; providing a range of services relating to the management and use of records; designing, implementing and administering specialized systems for managing records; and integrating records management into business systems and processes. Thus, the practice of records management may involve: planning the information needs of an organization identifying information requiring capture creating, approving, and enforcing policies and practices regarding records, including their organization and disposal developing a records storage plan, which includes the short and long-term housing of physical records and digital information identifying, classifying, and storing records coordinating access to records internally and outside of the organization, balancing the requirements of business confidentiality, data privacy, and public access. executing a retention policy on the disposal of records which are no longer required for operational reasons; according to organizational policies, statutory requirements, and other regulations this may involve either their destruction or permanent preservation in an archive. Records management principles and automated records management systems aid in the capture, classification, and ongoing management of records throughout their lifecycle. Such a system may be paper based (such as index cards as used in a library), or may be a computer system, such as an electronic records management application. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Records_management Guidelines for Choosing Records Management Software Evaluating, selecting, and purchasing the correct software is dependent on such factors as the size and complexity of the organization, knowing what the organization needs and how the software will be used, and the cost to acquire and maintain the software. Identify records management needs by first conducting a records inventory. An inventory will determine the quantity of records, their physical and environmental condition, how often they are referenced, and where they are located. The inventory provides a survey of an existing records situation, determines storage needs, identifies vital and archival records, improves recordkeeping habits and provides a solid foundation for a solid records management plan. After completing the inventory, determine records management software needs by investigating what records management functions the software will support, what general functions the software must possess, and what performance criteria the software must meet. Records management functions include destruction notification, destruction of electronic records, request processing, file and box tracking, files management, and document management. General functions include help features, menus and commands, speed and accuracy, generation of standard reports, ease of use, ability to manage records in all formats, and security classification and access privileges. Minimum performance criteria to look for include the ability to perform on a current computer system and the inclusion of vendor-supplied support, maintenance, and training. After defining the requirements for the software, choosing the product is an easier process. There are many types of software products available to meet particular needs, such as indexing and searching products, document management software, and records management applications (RMAs). There are many commercial off-the-shelf software products that provide such benefits as immediate availability, proven reliability, lower cost, availability of user manuals and online tutorials. Many organizations develop applications using commercially available database management software packages such as Microsoft Access or Lotus Approach. Another option is to have a customized application written, which can be tailored to an organization's particular needs. Careful evaluation and testing of available records management software packages, as well as the investigation of vendors before purchase and the knowledge of what is included in the price of the software, can create a more productive and efficient records management program for an organization. |

I am a 29 year old lady from a north-western part in Nigeria. Sometime in April this year, I started working with a consulting firm; that was after staying unemployed for 7 months since I got laid off with another firm that decided to reduce its staff strength. It was a trying period for me, I had just gotten out of a terrible relationship and then the retrenchment followed. My life was practically falling apart but I muddled through the trauma till April when luck smiled on me again. Some weeks into my appointment, I met with a couple people and made new friends, this was quite easy because the work environment is an open space. I had begun loving life once more, my colleagues were really friendly people except for one very nosy single mother, but that didn’t bother me a bit because for once in a very long time, every other thing just made a whole lot sense. Days rolled into weeks and in three months I was having the best time of my life, I was assigned to do a project that would last 9 months along with 5 other people and the project kicked off the moment all the team members came together. Rick, as he is popularly called, is on the team as our strategy administrator. He is a tall handsome slightly fair-complexioned man in his early 30s. Due to the nature of our work, we talk often and somehow our conversations got much less formal overtime. I clearly see that he likes me as he occasionally sends in those early morning texts to check up on me and would sometimes ask to have lunch with me at work; he even waits for me after working hours to give me a ride home. Things are really looking good for us but something is wrong, it’s against the company policy for co-workers to date. This was our discussion the last time we hung out, Rick openly admitted he likes me and would really love to get into a serious relationship with me but he can’t afford to jeopardise his reputation at work especially because we are both new in our respective roles. This is quite understandable but looking at how much Rick has made my life colourful, I can’t seem to make a single sense out of this. Should I quit my job so we’d be together or just get on with life pretending this never happened? Quitting my job is a risk I can’t take but it’ll be a very hard task acting as a mere co-worker with Rick and we are only 4 months into the project. I’m at crossroads here. He seems like the dream man, how can I keep him and not lose my job too? My name is Jane and I sincerely need your advice. |
