I do not think Elikem and Melvin are doing it on purpose, they cannot help it besides if they are together alone chatting i dnt see the problem. If people are chatting amongst them as a group then that would be rude. Rem when Bolt was initially in Diamond. He and Elikem spoke pigeon often too.
