This is good news, but I just feel Julius Berger is taking so long to finish this road and the annoying thing about it is, instead of them to focus on my side build it and then move. They they will do point A today, next week move to point E another week move to point E. Even though the quality of their work is good they also need to be more efficient and consider easy vehicular movements. They will just carry barricade and block everywhere. A 2 hour journey will become a 6 hour journey. Lastly they should at least fix major portion before going on break. 11 Likes |

You really need to think of every possible things that could go right or wrong and make a decision. 1. Let her go first. Don't change. Pray for her. Support her and watch for any change within few months 2. If you have a business in Nigeria doing shut it down start putting strictures in place 3. If you have a Nigerian certificate once you get there, be ready to also have their own certificate. Because initially you will be the one making more money but once she finishes she will be earning more. So while working be doing part time courses that will also give you a highest chance of earning. 4. If you have the Nigerian man mentality you have to start washing it away every morning once you are having you bath lol. 5. Also have deep communication with her, Express your fears and discuss things Lastly be ready to sacrifice and make your marriage work. And if for any reason someone wants to be blackmailing you to be submissive or to frustrate you. Be ready to make a move. Your mental health is important. 13 Likes |

The federal government should do their best to bring them back. However if anyone of them is found wanting, the federal government should personally hand them over to Dubai authorities. They are the ones soiling our names. They should serve their jail terms accordingly and once they are done. The government should also rehabilitate them in Nigeria for a year. We have bad reputations everywhere. We all want the government and our leaders to change while majority of the people want to continue to wallow in corruption. Now as we speak Bharain don't want to see Nigerians, even with a valid visa once you enter they send you back. These countries work so hard to make their systems work and some people want to go there and make a mess of it. It's funny how some Nigerians will leave here because the system is not working, they will go to other countries they want to enjoy the beautiful amenities while still t practicing the acts that messes up our country. 8 Likes |
Education / Re: Bowen University Jokes About ASUU Strikes by leksdigital: 5:52pm On Aug 12, 2022 |
There is no shading its just the truth. Imagine a whole six months wasted. Academic calendar is 8 months yearly and 6 months gone. we have barely 4 months to the end of the year and there is no solution on sight. This is the only country where there is always billions of money to steal but no money to do anything tangible 64 Likes 4 Shares |

Munamoqel: School is one of the money making avenue for the UK government. I'm 2020/2021 there were over 600,000 international students in the Uk. School fees is minimum of 10,000 pounds now do the math, then other cost paid to the Uk government. This is one of the reasons they don't joke with education. The day they start losing the numbers their economy may collapse |
Travel / Re: I Need Help On Phd Scholarships Requirement In USA by leksdigital: 4:56am On May 29, 2022 |
First thing you need to understand is there is no 100% scholarship except for some special programs sponsored by the government, you could get some discount but schooling generally isn't cheap. The outcome of your masters may determine if you qualify for a scholarship. There are Other factors too. You can also target schools that offers scholarships. |

eddy2farm: Out of the three countries you mentioned above the easiest to run is the UK for study visa. But with the kind of program stated, it may be impossible to go with your family. If it was a university degree for example, courses starts from 10,000 pounds depending on the college and location of the school. For UK you will need minimum of 28 days statement which should cover your tuition and 9 months maintenance fee in the Uk. If you are going with your dependent, you must have minimum of 700 pounds per month per dependent for 9 months in the account. This will only be possible if you already have a university degree, if you don't and you don't have age on your side. Running an undergrad program will be hard. It will be hard to really give a good advice unless I have a full picture of your situation. Canada and Australia will require minimum of 6 months statement of account. |

Blackboy1992: The first question is what's written on your international passport? Whatever is written there is what you should stick to. Then you can then do a court affidavit. This may become a problem in the future if it's not properly handled. |

Here is it, I would advise you work on two things which may likely come up 1. Prove ties with your said uncle. 2. Another thing is having to convince the consular that you don't have migration intent since your uncle already lives there 3. You may have to also provide proof of funds Incase the consular asks. |

Popcorn212: Benin is a French speaking country , the native languages are fon, yoruba and the good thing is a considerable number of the citizens speaks English. So before you talk to someone, always ask if they can speak English just ask Anglais?? They spend cefa , right now 1 naira is equivalent to 1 cefa. The food is not so fantastic, food is kind of expensive. But the country is pretty sane. I'm always looking forward to visiting. 7 Likes |

That is equivalent to 80,000 naira in Nigerian currency. If he doesn't have something better doing in Nigeria he can go. Rent should take between 15,000 to 25,000, transportation isn't cheap in Benin so in the end he will just be ok without much savings. This would have been a good salary for someone in Benin Pax101: |

sunny200: I have been to Benin more than 5 times in the last 1 year. Things are a little costly there compared to Nigeria. But the country is generally peaceful. Food there is cost, rents are paid monthly, life there is on a slow mo, everyone follows the rule. Cost for flat in Benin ranges from 25,000 to 60,000 per month, it depends on the location and number of bedrooms. Cotonou is where everything happens while port Novo is the capital city. 1 Like |

You mean Benin Republic. Benin Republic is a cool country but there is no free money like that you must learn to work diligently for every penny. The country is quiet, peaceful and most importantly safe. I've been to Benin Republic more than 4 times in the last 1 year |

The 5 milliom is not much now that our currency keeps going up and down, right now 5 million is around 6,500 pounds about 8,700 dollars. If you must relocate please look out for countries with opportunities that you can relocate with and still have a good life. Germany is good but the process is hectic. Your surest bet is UK right now. You can get loans or borrow funds for proof of funds. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Career / Re: Should Women Put Their Career On Hold When Having Children? by leksdigital: 1:27pm On Feb 22, 2022 |
Now to be sincere raising children is not the responsibilities of women alone. Its the responsibility of both the woman and the man. So before you take any step, you need to discuss with your partner. Depending on your kind of job. Eg if you are an air hostess for example, and you are just say 2 years on the job, you guys can agree and plan towards the best time to start having babies. On the other hand if your job allows you to progress in your career and also run the family then the husband must be super supportive. A happy wife is a happy home also a happy husband will will be a blessed home too. No woman should abandon their life and career totally. This act of abandoning career to raise children affected most women in our parents generation. It affected their mental health seeing their peers running top organizations while their only title is Mummy Maria. Some left high paying jobs, good career etc and today majority of them are regretting it. Raising children should be an agreement between the couples and men should be more supportive. Also both should be understanding and ready to make sacrifices. We shouldn't only limit marriage for procreation alone. It goes beyond that. Good Marriages produces awesome children. 28 Likes 7 Shares |
