hello, I am interested too. working on my first book though. |
Hello, I usually have different kinds of dream. I once had a dream, I saw a popular Nigerian pastor,he gave me his very old note book. The book was filled with his writings and jottings. I had another dream where I saw another Big pastor. This pastor was ministering in hot deliverance prayers. Then suddenly, I saw myself beside him, assisting in the deliverance prayers. I sometimes dream and see big pastors calling me out of the congregation, asking me to take the mic and directing to the pulpit. Let me stop here for now. There are more. Please shed more light. |

Apply the right strategies and make money from real estate By Bakare Abayomi Real estate marketing refers to the various activities or processes involved in the letting or sale of a property. While marketing, refer to the various techniques that can be used to bring about the sale or letting of real estate. From the above definitions , you can agree with me that in the real estate business, that effective techniques and strategies are needed to successfully sell or let a property in the competitive real estate market. The visible problems Today, a lot of people are into real estate business. This has made the property market very competitive. A lot of estate agents go into all kinds of dubious and diabolical means to sell or let out a property. Some use the traditional means called "juju" to hypnotize clients in other for the clients to buy a property from them. It is also unfortunate that some ladies offer cheap sex to male clients. There is also a rise in the act of lesbianism and homosexuality in the real estate business. All these are done in other to close a deal. As an independent real estate agent, these are the kinds of evils you have to compete with. However, you can distinguish yourself. You can become a shining example of success. If you have not been making sales, or closing big deals. If you have been having a hard time in letting out properties, there is hope for you. It is obvious that you have been taking the wrong approach at marketing. If you apply the following strategies, you will surely have a new story to tell. Strategies 1) Market mostly direct briefs: If you really want to make it big in real estate, it is always in your best interest to secure and market mostly direct briefs. The problem of many real agents is that they want to market a property that has a chain of several agents involved. Those kinds of properties usually turn off clients. A rich client may not want to associate himself with a herd of agents fighting over agency fee and sharing formula. So, if you really want to make money from real estate, you need to advance your approach and get serious. Try as much as possible to get direct briefs from clients, or a brief that has at most two other agents involved. You can get direct briefs by; canvassing: you walk around and scout for vacant property. Get the contact of the owner. You locate a construction site, meet with the engineer/contractor ,convince him to give you the contact of the project owner. If you are able to reach the landlord and convince him to be his agent, then you can also be the prope CONTINUE READhttps://greatvision2020..com/2019/07/real-estate-maeketing-tips.html |

A SOCIETY IN DESPAIR A Poem by Abayomi Bakare How long can we bare, how long can we share, the best is yet to be here. The society is in despair. We all hope to see the sun, we all hoped that the light would soon shine. It comes too late, but not through fate to realize, to realize that our fate cannot take us through the gate. we've had so much to endure, that we can no longer feel the pain. feel the pain of adversity, infirmity, and obscurity. we were in despair, but we could not make repairs, we thought of the society, we thought of ourselves, we thought of how to make a change. We always thought we could do it better than others. But what we render, might not always be better; not better than that of others, not better than that of our brothers. When things go wrong, we blame others. when things work right, we take the glory. But we all know that we are not truly holy, neither are we worthy of that glory. strive to become better says the preacher , because we have never been so far. so far from the truth like now before time. We blame society for evil, we all wanted to crucify the government as the Devil. But we have hate in our hearts, we set traps on our paths. let's take away the hate, let's reduce the rate of our rage, let us not live in the society of hate. a society in despair, a society in despair. Let's show love to our fathers, to our brothers, and to others. so we can shake the hands of our friends so we can wake the lights in our trends https:\\greatnescodes..com/?m=1 |
Working for yourself by working for someone part 2. B.Abayomi Bakare Your work is a great part of the life you live.Human beings spend one third of their lives at work.If your work is not a thing of value to you in the long run, then it is a waste of time. PASSION AND WORK If you must work at all, it is best to do a work you are passionate about. Because "working for money does not have the same value as working for passion" Money will finish, but true passion does not die. It will remain a part of you. There is an enthusiasm that comes with passion.Passion is more powerful than pay. In this world, you may not have many passions, but any passion you have is where you should put your energy into through work. If you choose to work, then you should choose to live.Your work should not lead you to stress, fear, worry and pressure.so many people are suffering at work just for the pay. This is lamentable. To work wisely is to choose a job that gives you pride.A job that brings out your originality.A job that promotes your natural content and life's qualities. It should be something that aligns with your talents, gifts and personality. No wonder millions of human beings are terrible at their jobs. Most people just manage go get by.They stress so much to get little work done.No passion no productivity. Let me advice you on how to get serious with life:If you are to work, choose a job in the area of your best values. It may not pay well now, but if you remain and continue to do the job, after sometimes ,you will know how to run the business.you would know the secrets surrounding the job(business)as a whole. You would know how to easily detect managerial, financial and organizational defects in the business. WHO YOU HAVE BECOME By now, times have passed, people have come and gone, exchange rates have changed, but one fact is born "You are now a boss" Take a look at this case; you discovered that you had passion for teaching, then you got job offers at two places.A finance firm and a school. The fiance company pays more. But because of your passion for teaching ,you chose to work in the school. The passion for teaching would make you resume early at work, teach the pupil with dedication, commitment and love. You interact with parents.because of the passion, nothing would escape you.you would be ready to learn how the https://greatnesscodes..com/?m=1 |
Working for yourself by working for someone (part1) Today, the challenges of getting a job is becoming alarming, expecially if you live in a third world country. Many people pay so much price to stay on a job. Many have invested a whole lot of their life time working in some company.well,it is not a bad idea to work for someone.but most times, it is not the most efficient tactic for living a productive life in the long run. To make my message very simple, i shall be taking you through different steps on why you would need to work for someone or a company, and why you should also work for yourself. The times that matter Before take up any job, or before you choose to work for anyone, you should ask yourself the following questions; What do i have to gain? What do i have to lose? The life of every man is a precious thing, and most employers out there do not value human lives.only a few of them do.That is why you see" campaigns for the raise of the minimum wage" making the news . However, you need to price your life and time so much that you would not take up any job that would not add developmental values to your life in the long run. "Before you agree to take up a job, make sure you have a lot to gain in the long run from that job" On the issue of what you have to lose;well, it depends on you. There are jobs out there that can take a lot from you, and give you back so little in return. There are jobs out there that can even kill you. People talk about how they lost their marriage, fiance, and good relationships because of a job. With most jobs, you really have little or nothing to lose if you left. The value most job command is just a pay check to pay some bills. And many people give up a lot to stay on such jobs.it is good to have a job,but there are jobs out there that are not just worth your sweat.there is much to do in life than spending your productive years on a job that adds no real value and development to you. It is saddening that in this modern times,a whole lot of people "hate their jobs". If you belong to this group,It is time to save your life. You can be a boss Many people only realize this when they get older.to be sincere, i think you need to be real with yourself. The truth is that most employers will never pay you what you are worth.if you are going to work for them, then you need to be smart.you don't work for someone with the aim of staying so long on the job.or else if you are into a very promising profession. There is a kind of joy that comes with doing your own thing. The message is that even if you remain on that job for long, one day you would have to go, or even get fired.your children cannot benefit from that job most times.but when you do your own thing, You can establish, train your children to follow your path, and even leave a legacy for your children to inherit. https://greatnesscodes..com/2019/06/working-for-yourself-by-working-for.html |
