That place has frustrated those new staff employed last year to no end.

No news and it seems their APLs will never be acknowledged. Although some parties are making efforts to get recognition and be reinstated as staff.

One thing about strong connection is that once they are ready to help you you will get your letter.The senator that gave this job was sworn in few months ago like the head of the agency. You dont need to wait for forever before they give you letter. Congratulations to the person. NCDMB is a very good place to work.

I don't think she is doubting the director as the case maybe.. She is just confuse and needs guidance .. Two things are involved...

*Either the coordinating director has given out his slot to someone closer to him

** Probably the recruitment has not started or he was not carried along. Alot is happening in agencies... If u are not In their circle.. U will just be like a stranger in the organization... Outsider will tell u Wat happened in ur agency.

I will advise her not to give up.. Keep disturbing the director & pray for favour . All the best...
