Glory be to God in your case honestly. Fact is when you live right, you prevent illness and even correct illness like in your case. I had an ailment few years ago that spiked my blood pressure. Omo, Na so my head go just dey pound sometimes, heart beating fast, Nawa and I was just in my thirties. I resolved not to use any BP medicine. I took a corrective measure of avoiding pastries, junk foods, excess salty food and I embraced healthy eating of natural food, removed red meat and replaced it with fish, started eating lots of fruit and nuts, boom! My health bounced back. BP went back to normal and I could exercise again without panting. Honestly noone should joke with healthy living because the pains of sickness is overwhelming. Above all, I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for giving me that wisdom and discipline so I could regain my health.

My father forgot about fufu that year and concentrated on plantain swallow and beans most of the time. He still was growing lean. That illness is deadly. He whose health is good under appreciates God honestly.
