When i was in primary school, i was bullied by an older pupil, was so scared to go to school one day and my mom had to ask. Told her everything, she told me to go to school and later came during recess. Asked to be shown the girl and the next thing i saw was a slap on her face. Teachers interfared and the issue was settled. That was the end of that issue, funny how i have reported this issue to my teacher before and nothing was done. It was a wrong but very effective method.

Freedom of religion and belief is a right in the UK. There's nothing wrong with a person choosing to pray in a hospital for a patient or anywhere else. It only becomes a problem if the patient or the family of the patient disapproves it and you still go ahead to pray by fire by force. Heck! prayer mustn't be restricted to a building called church

A health care worker in the UK praying for a patient is known as STEALING TIME ON THE JOB

Patients are our number one priority as Doctors right. If a Hospital has prayer time, and a client is not happy with it, he can choose to seek care elsewhere. Some clinics close at 4pm, if u come by 5pm and it's closed, does it mean the Hippocratic oath has been broken? I worked where clinic starts by 9am, and before then theres 10mins prayer time and it's clearly stated. If a patients comes at 8am when we are doing ward round and start screaming to be seen, he is simply told it's 9am, however emergency is attended to immediately. Even in the UK u can't just walk in to see the GP immediately without an appointment. Let's not get things wrong.

Does the UK have anything like prayer time in a hospital? Don't even try it

People make noise so much in Nigeria. The hospital have chosen their mode of operation, if u cannot wait till after morning devotion then kindly seek help elsewhere. In Western countries u don't just walk in to see a Doctor, u book an appointment, and u are given a suitable time to be seen. It's only in emergencies u walk in and expect to be attended to with urgency. I bet if it was an emergency they'll attend to u. That's their own mode of work, accept it or seek help where u deem better for u.

A Nigerian Doctor went to Finland for some fellowship, and was surprised that even hospital staff cannot just carry their cards and demand to see a Doctor. They are given a time. A patient cannot rush u, and plead to be seen when it's past your closing time, but we see patients complaining about that. During Launch breaks non-emergency cases have to wait for launch to be over, but I have seen Nigerian patients screaming that why should they be abandoned for lunch.

And which western hospitals have prayers as their mode of operation?
