ayomaxwell:Reality is the state is dealing with a lot of issues right now. Businesses are crawling due to the ongoing protests. I'll advice you move to another state if possible because even the majority of residents in that state are struggling. You can Google some stuffs about the state for more insights. #mytoken. |

@bosunwizzy: Congratulations to you. |
@mcro: Honestly, it is sometimes difficult to give a definite and/or accurate advise to a situation like this. However, with God nothing is impossible. 1. I will advise that you use the address of your NC friend at the POE and on your USCIS ELIS Account for the GC. Upon arrival of these documents, you can then mail your wife's and the baby's documents to them in Kansas. Also, ensure you call USCIS and get a tracking number to track those documents. The SSN can be processed at your different destinations using the hosts address respectively. 2. The ticket fare you get is determined by your date of departure. The farther the date, the cheaper the fare and vice versa. It will be easier and cheaper for you to connect NC from NY by road(greyhound bus) while the baby and mother may have to go by air to Kansas. When you get to NY, you can book their flight for them. 3. Like I said earlier, your ticket fare is determined by gap between your booking date and departure date. |
bamideleniayo: pls can u explain more on the medical history u said will be asked; I thought medical history is asked from parents with children to reduce the cost of Vaccination.!Just normal questions like Have you been treated of chicken pox before? Do you have any mark of surgery on you? etc. |
bobjackson: Happy sunday ma ppl, pls me and my wife going for medical tumoro at children practice. Pls who has been there lately, I want to nohow things is been done dere who to see when get there and how much are we suppose to spend tumoro...are we paying all the fee that tumor. Pls respond!!!You guys have to be there very early, say 7:00 am. As soon as te hospital is opened, the staff working there will take charge of the process by first directing you to a nearby bank to make some deposits. And yes, you are paying all the fee at once. You'll see a doctor that'll ask about your medical history as your medical history determines what you pay too. Then you'll go for your vaccination and x-ray too. Not too much activities to worry about anyway. Note: the order at which you're attended to may vary from what I explained here but will encompass the whole aspect. May God see you through. |
Great is thy faithfulness. |
femishow2005: Thank you sir, we're preparing gradually and putting all our hope in God almighty who can give us a divine simplest interview. So shall it be ijn . Faith works wondersAmen |
Thank you my bros, I am really following you guys and also praying for you too. I want to try as much as possible to avoid a deja vu situation that is why I am taking my time to selectively answer some questions since most of the question has been answered early on this thread. Asking if one should marry a white or black girl on a thread like this is ..... I don't know.
Sometimes I see it as a comic relief |
Boomshakar: Hello house? Is it compulsory that one must first reside at the address listed for the collection of green card before he can have it? House please what if one as change his plan and just found another place his going to stay, hope it wont affect the collection of the green card?You have no problem residing in any state of your choice but the major concern is the credibility of your pre-supposed host in mailing the green card to your new address. If he is a known person of good character to you, then you have no problem at all but if you doubt his credibility, then you might have to go live with him till you have your 'papers' and move on. Talking from personal experience though. |
@femishow: It's been a while my brother. I'm pretty sure that you're preparing very well towards your interview. May God see you through and grant you a successful interview as well. |
Knaruto: that's lie....and you know it is.....dont let sentiment cloud your judgement...you of all people should know that the U.S of A has the best Education system in the world..and not even the UK can compete with them...so lets be truthful...i know America has done so many wrongs...but believe it or not...their existence is indisepensable to the WorldI like this. |
exteababa: how are you guys coping with the coldest air in 20years?We dey dress like masquerade o. ![]() |
It's quite unfortunate that the argument about creating a new thread or not has poured 'cold waters' on this lively thread, making it less active as it's used to be. However, I will encourage each and everyone to remain focus on the primary motive of this thread so that those that are yet to be interviewed and/or with one question/issue or the other can continue to benefit from our well of resources, thereby making everyone a success. Additionally, "Diversity Visa Immigrant? Welcome to America" is an all encompassing thread that I believe can accommodate all issues ranging from preparations to leave for the USA; what to do before your departure and what and what to expect when you are finally in the USA. I encourage you all to visit the thread with whatsoever questions/issues you may have after your visa issuance and they shall be addressed. It is my prayer that our expectations will not be cut short. We all shall rejoice and celebrate in the end. God bless you all. @Leripa, from Bloomfield, New Jersey. |
@Obatide: A big congratulations to you and your precious family. Welcome to America. |
