Dearie, not all the time interviewers are frowning....many of dem smile nd even consciously make effort to make u feel at home, so dy can get the best out of the potential employee, but the key to confidence is not to take the interview like a do or die affair.
As a quick one, confidence was never an issue for me as per interviews even right from my very first, but sometimes it could be just one little thing I didn't find out or sth I could have added to sell myself better, so don't get carried away paying attention to confidence, prepare well and dot all i's.
Nonetheless, there were some others confidence was top notch nd we did well in the discussions but for reasons known to God and we came to understand later, we never get called back...so in all do ur best and leave the rest to God
