We booked day 2 and 8 from one of the approved sites on uk.gov Before getting here. I’m arrival,we activated the test kits online. It actually arrived at our home address before we arrived. We’re currently under quarantine. But once the results come out negative, after day 8, we can move around.

Were you fully vaccinated in Nigeria before leaving? If yes, what was the procedure for arrival with regards to day 2, day 8 and quarantining?
If you were not vaccinated in Nigeria, please do you have any info on fully vaccinated travellers from Nigeria?

We filled a form but no ref no was given. I tried this site using the a number we were given and it shows it had been logged as “missing “. Other than that, no response or means of communicating with them. We called their Manchester office no response

Usually airlines don’t pay damages for perishable items but in the event that happens, log a strong complaint you never can tell they might compensate you. But for now sorry just wait for them to track your baggage down first, once located airlines usually try to send the bag( if left behind at departure) on the next available plane.

Hello house, pls I need help.
Got into the uk yesterday but didn’t get two of my luggage’s from BA which they promised to send across. Up till now, no news from them and one of the luggage’s contain good while the other contains clothes. What can I do? They’re not taking calls and I fear that the food may spill or start getting bad.

Please don't. Unless they have stopped manual checking, it will be discovered, And its really for the sake of it leaking and spilling on your lugguage and that of other passengers. You will find palm oil over there tho a bit pricy.

I and my family traveled with 5 cartons of indomie , if you have the baggage allowance, take enough food , it will take you time to adapt to things in a new land.
Note: we had 7 23kg bags so we had space for enough
