My fear for you is that you probably already signed some consent forms that already transferred ownership to the co-op society. They are likely just going to sell the property upon the strength of that transfer signed by you. It is however expected that they give you the balance on the sale after deducting both your outstanding and any other administrative fees. Your best bet now is to get some friends to help you pay off the cooperative and then you plan a periodic payment plan for your friends

i tire my brother. I am also amazed at the responses. All my kids have tabs which they use for homework and communicate with the school. There is also the family link on all their devices and myself and wife get prompts before any app can be downloaded. we are also able to restrict sites including google. for the older kids for instance i only allow educational apps and videos. The tabs all have screen off time when the devices automatically lock and can only be unlocked remotely by either me or my wife. One of my nannies attempted to access a pornographic content and i received a prompt in the office. Immediately i called home and it turns out it was the nanny. The benefits are endless and parents have a role to play in appropriately aligning usage to how it should. The times have changed and as much as you feel bothered about these technologies, they will only go higher in complexity and rampancy. Times will never stay still. Time is progressive. I remember when computers started coming out anew. I always helped my dad to type his manuscript unto the computer. Today, that skill alone has helped me in many outstanding ways and i am grateful to my dad for that exposure.

I can afford around 50k and I can pay today. I am not too tech savy but the monitors are 24 inches each and the laptop hp envy 13 inches. My WiFi is a Swift router. I need at least 5 hours of continuous use. I am also fine with a big powerbank that can be adapted to the use.

Why not any of these 2 attached? My reason being that the true watts of the inverter is less than half the capacity written on the inverter.
The true continuous draw on this Ur inverter could be 100w and it peaks at 300w as shown in the picture.

I am a Swift Networks wttx subscriber with number 263021 and I am writing this out of frustration. Kindly share until the management of swift Networks ltd gets this. Swift networks rolled out a recent package called the wttx. This means they come to your house, fix a pole which receives signals from a mast. A rep from Swift called me last year 2019 and was on and on about this package and although I was subscribed to a current different package (swift promo) I decided to enroll and with subscription kicking up April 2019 after paying about 250,000 for a year.
Swift engineers came to my house, fixed it and all, and honestly from that moment it has been one hell of an experience to the other. Countless downtimes, sometimes running into days. Biggest mistake I ever made. This is not to talk of non-availability of Engineers to fix your issue and when they do, it is as though they are doing you a favor.
Fast forward to January 2020 when I had visitors in my house, boom! It goes off again. I called severally and this time they told me my subscription was expired. Like am I hearing well? I paid for a year and how can subscription be ended January 2020 from April 2019? After several complaints and sending of evidence of payment I was cleared but then told there were technical difficulties. This is more than a month now. Not as much as a decent call. I was tempted to institute legal action but thought differently as I really do not even have that time or energy. Tried the regulators as well and believe me you dont even want me started about them.
Sometimes we wonder why big businesses fail. The answers are not farfetched. I mean, you have a customer that pays a quarter of a million in one bullet and you treat them like shit. It is such a shame. SWIFT networks ltd, change your ways! Customers should matter most to you because we pay the bills!
