Politics › Re: Ethnic Bigotry Spreading Like Wildfire – Igbokwe, Showunmi Raise The Alarm by Lexicon123: 2:03am On Jul 31, 2025 |
All I read here is how this person, that person, this tribe, that region… started the bigotry. No desire to quench this ferociously burning fire that is consuming this nation. The politicians make it worse; riding on the myopic consciences of the ethnically and religiously bastardized people with the single objective of seizing and holding on to power. Unfortunately, not even the bigotry followers and their families benefit in the end; they’re simply used and dumped (if not even killed at times). We really really need to grow as a people! |

I mean is this what leadership and fellowership entails? Shouldn’t it be more of the servants supporting and guiding the leaders to the right path? How can we ever grow with this disgusting level of sycophancy? |

I believe the agency is also a significant contributor to this low approval levels due to the high bureaucratic hurdles to get these approvals, their profiteering motives, and corrupt officials. Simple approvals requests takes forever, those willing to be compliant are frustrated and houses that lack the very basics continue thriving due to corruption. Everyone needs to sit up. |

‘Empowerment’ implies that the women are in need of such support. But isn’t it rather interesting that the ‘needy’ stage a walkout just because they’re not happy with the representative of the First Lady? Isn’t that an indication that they’re really not happy with that and wouldn’t be shut up by any form of ‘empowerment’. Don’t they have freedom of choice anymore? And how’s it that the ‘needy’ women are all aligned on the walkout? No one is aligned with the ‘First lady and her team’? Very interesting how this is being conveniently twisted as a Sim’s plot! |

1. The fonts 2. No session ID 3. Under the beneficiary, they messed it up too
The two receipts looks alike right?
Well, it's same Joe...minor difference
Ok now let's go deeper
Aside from the session ID
Check the font of the access bank beside the logo
Compare the original with the fake receipt
Secondly
Did you all see the space between the Transaction receipt and generated from access more?
The space in the fake is closer than the original
Did you grab it? Thanks for sharing. Hope you’re allowed him continued to waste his airtime for fun after you discovered the fraud. Anyways, I guess you’re very familiar with a lot of these features in alerts to figure out the fake alert. Most people won’t notice the missing session ID for instance. It’s well |

Bobloco: Here’s a man whom the Tinubu APC-led federal government claimed had no hand in the crisis in Rivers State choosing instead to place the entire blame on Governor Fubara, just to justify the illegality of the declared state of emergency.
His comments, actions, and inactions have shown that he is the chief instigator of the entire crisis and he has sworn that there will never be peace in Rivers State.
He was governor for eight years, and during that period, he ruled like an emperor, treating the state as his personal estate. But today, he refuses to let another governor serve the people. 💯 |

I pointed out some flaws in the recent adjusted bill but that wasn't opposition concern.
Transmission of election results electronically must be mandated
Results declared at the polling unit should be the final results.
All results collated from ward , local government, Senatorial district and state in general should be transmitted immediately after collated.
The company to be awarded the printing of ballot papers, the INEC new REC across state should be something the opposition participate in so that there won't be foul crying Must agree with you this time! |

santaclaws: Speed limit on 3rd Mainland Bridge and every highway should be 100km/h at least, other roads can have 80km/h. I don't know if their plan is to frustrate car owners in Lagos, but if the APC government wants to make life hard for Lagosians, they'll see the result and it won't be funny!
When Lagos residents who are struggling to fuel their cars start getting naked for VIO officers, maybe Sanwo-Olu will have sense. 80km/h speed limit on 3rd mainland bridge and 50k fine? No wahala! Exactly. 80km/h (just a little above 40m/h) is ridiculously low for when the 3MB is free. You won’t even know when you have exceeded it. In the Western world that take traffic laws very seriously, average minimum speed limit is 40m/h (not 40km/h), with mostly school zones having 20m/h. Except if they plan to just continue to fine people unnecessarily, they need to revise these limits to more reasonable upward limits. In my view, the focus should be on improving the roads and traffic conditions, check one-way drivers, street lights installation, getting non-road worthy vehicles off the roads, etc. |
