BOLATINUBU01:Actually, the real werey is not Biya, but the people that allow one man to figuratively rule them since 1982 (actually since 1975). Who do us for Africa? Smh!!!! |
Just tell us you want fights in banking halls. Just tell us you’re trying to enforce cashless policy. |
I found this both annoying and amusing, and thought to read other people’s experiences and how they deal with this situation - a partner sulking unexplainably. I woke up to one of my wife’s sulky moments. We went to bed late and very excited (you know what’s up), only to wake up to my wife completely refusing to even answer my greetings. I spent some good minutes before leaving work begging to know why she’s angry at me, all to no avail. It’s evening yet I have no clue what’s up, nor is there a change in attitude. Meanwhile, she continues to carry on her chores like nothing is happening. The amusing part are the series of WhatsApp posts and pictures, feeling herself as wifey, yet not explaining what’s wrong. So guys, share your experiences on dealing with a partner’s sulky mood, especially when you’re almost 100% convinced you’ve done nothing wrong. |
360degreess:As in ehn! It’s good he posted his face. Let it continue to circulate until it gets to his “best friend “. |
plaindealer:Completely agree . Killing yourself so others can die! |
ishayaauta:As in ehn! Is that not corruption in our legal system itself? How can paying just N1m for N200m? Where’s the deterrence? Later you’ll be hearing ridiculous judgments against the poor. This is rubbish to say the least. |
Is there anything wrong with reading out an already written speech? Does he need to pretend he is delivering his speech by heart? |
May the souls of the departed Rest In Peace and speedy recovery to the injured. Safety procedures cannot be emphasized enough. Meanwhile, wondering why the reporter hid behind the camera but the eyewitness was being urged to get close to the camera. |
VanDerWaalforces:How is taking alcohol in moderation something wrong? Did Jesus sin by changing water to wine? At least Christians look up to Jesus. |
Handsome777:Since you also take alcohol (as a “born again Christian”), then what’s the issue here? |
Nice! My only concern is the effect of this recovery exercise on the bridge. By the way, when will they fix the potholes on the bridge? |
Honestly, I wouldn't advise anyone to jump unto accusing Dangote for the alleged offence. From experience, these govts and government agencies will frustrate your life and livelihood just to steal money off you. How can you be the judge, the jury and prosecutor all at the same time. Ease of doing business is just appalling in this country. |
Today was BBN Grand finale and I didn’t even know, lollllll. What Obidient movement cannot do does not exist. |
If he’s really a kidnapper or kidnap financier, let him and his accomplices rut in jail. They don’t deserve to live with humans. |
I hope the govt isn't creating/resurrecting another set of monsters with this so-called pipeline protection contracts? |
It's even the buildings by the side that am looking at. Why would you allow such time bomb hovering around your roof? What if the building fell in the direction of the other buildings? |
Question: is it the LCDAs mentioned that are affected by the ban or the whole LGA? If not, what's importance of mentioning the LCDA? |
How much is the licence fee and why can't they renew? I would imagine it's one of their operating requirements, so I don't understand why they shouldn't comply. Like someone mentioned, waiting for the "revokeds" side of the story; they wouldn't have cheaply fallen into the gagging trap of the government. |
fergie001:Am not an Atiku supporter, but people really need to stop propagating fake news. Even the old picture says it all. |
I think Shan made a very valid point but the police has misconstrued her point in a bid to justify its actions. Of course some offences require outright dismissal, but what is the force doing to forestall the erstwhile officers becoming some menace to the society? That needs to be addressed. |
Honestly a lot have improved in our electoral Act and system, but more improvements are still needed. For instance, matters affecting qualifications of candidates should be concluded before the elections and matters bothering on irregularities be concluded within short time frame after the elections but before swearing in. We can’t be truncating govt and govt activities just to attend to these unending litigations. |
I honestly don't believe INEC. Almost everyone can testify to seeing registrations happening at various public places (including places of worship, estates, etc). I believe the sole purpose was to make the process easier for the people and encourage participation in the electoral process. So why is INEC denying not only the incident but also their hitherto commendable efforts? Why would it want to look good in the eyes of few individuals and politicians bent on scuttling the new electoral eagerness? And who says registrants in a church or a mosque can only vote for particular party/parties? Abeg, INEC no start to fall our hands! |
Omoslim26:Talking of which… Am wondering where the students are selecting as voting locations. I hope the government doesn’t plan to have the students collect PVCs and select voting locations as their homes before settling with ASUU, thereby effectively disenfranchising the students?!!!! |
God1000:No better way of spelling out the failure of this administration. In fact, since Nigerians are helplessly watching for their evil and abysmal tenure to end, I wish we can all be calling out the incompetent Buhari on twitter and other platforms. What a failure!!!! |
Fact remains that Ortom is the worst governor Benue has ever had. Continues to cry and wail about the FG's failures, but does absolutely nothing to improve things within his control. Most governors in Nigeria are about that bad. If only they can do just a little better, Nigeria won't be in this sorry state. No President can do magic if the components are these rotten, especially in a democracy that force cannot be applied. |
Did the man dressed like a Bishop actually hit the interviewer's camera? Lolllll. Wonders shall never end!!! |
sesman77:I have fixed it. Thanks a bunch |
I didn’t know Sanwolu and his wife speak so well in parables. See how much he and his wife emphasized obedience, hahahahaha. And to crown it up, he emphasized the importance of avoiding mistakes in 2023; didn’t that insinuate a recognition that a mistake was made, and the need to avoid repetition? Guys, the governor cannot be seen demarketing his boss na!!! |
I kept looking for the counter proofs in the statement, but couldn’t find one. What has this government reduced our military to? |
Why is it that the authorities only get to identify the faults and broken rules after mishaps have happened? This is just one story too many! What happens to stationing enforcement officers at the jetties that would clear boats and ferries before departure, and such officers held accountable for any broken rule? That way, stories like: “no life jackets”; “operating at wrong hours” can be forestall. It’s well ooo!!!! |
What exactly does he mean by “…everything is under control “? How much lower do these incompetent folks intend to get to? How many prison breaks have been recorded and yet nothing learnt? And to think it’s somewhere around Abuja. Smh |
I agree with HURIWA completely; the Army should cover its face in shame. RIP to the departed. |
