During his time, the corruption rate wasn't that bad, because we had people like Fela that was fearless, unlike what we have now.

He opposed Nigerian dictators which later cost him his life.
Sorry ...but that's just pure delusion.

1. Don't overhype the man. IBB still stole billions of dollars without caring about the opinion of the masses

2. His own brother, a former Minister of Health said he died of AIDs. ..what are your credentials for saying "dictators cost his life"?

I agree with the rest of your sentiments. .Fela was never a chest-beater

Thank you so much for this post.

It's so enlightening. The CEDIs and Yen example just suddenly helped me understand how currencies really work.

hardywaltz:
U know very little about currencies. Unfortunately I can't explain it to you.
I went to Ghana and Togo recently and believe me I fell in love with the Naira.
In 2012
1 GH Cedi = N 150
But today 1 GH Cedi = N 81

This is despite the massive devaluation of the Naira

Just so u know
1$ = 112 Japanese yen
Yet Japan is one of the strongest economies in the world

Honestly, wen will ur yoruba people get a life and leave the SEasterners and their affairs for them?

Nobody is faulting Zuma statue but rather, the fact that we are yet to see Ojukwu and Nnamdi Kanu Statue.

Zuma we can tolerate, but never will we tolerate a Buhari statue or even OBJ.

As for Thabo Mbeki and Nelson Mandela, dey never broke all protocol to land their Presidential jets in Owerri.

Zuma did and he earned himself a wonderful surprise.
LOL. shifting goalposts is what you are known for. Zuma is greater than Ojukwu & Kanu combined. That's what your leaders decided grin

OBJ and PMB are far far better than Zuma to Igbos. They still give & gave federal allocations to Igbo people. What did Zuma give una? Population reduction?

You should be crying about the leadership you have, instead of ranting on a Yoruba-owned website about Yorubas.

Shows your IQ level...

MY BROTHER, D THING TRY ME OOO. WITH DAT AMOUNT I CAN EVEN BUY A 508 TOKS COMFORTABLY. BUT LIKE U RIGHTLY SAID MAYBE BECAUSE IT'S 2016, DATS Y D PRICE IS TOO HIGH.
Bluntly speaking, it would be hard to sell at that price not spoiling hustle but being realistic. The brand new 308 on Peugeot Nigeria website is 5.97 million....So why would a 200k reduction be = 27000km?

Brand new 508 is 15.3 million.

The owner of the car should be a bit realistic. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my friend advised against buying that other link i posted for 2.5 million asking price which might even be negotiated to maybe 2.1 million ( that car has spent months already on OLX) because of maintenance and terrible-close-to-zero second hand value.

I am considering 301 simply because i am in the North and theoretically i can get parts in Kaduna. I love the blue colour but i can get good Hondas and Toyota at that price.

May God answer the prayers of the buyer and seller of this car....these are my 2kobo
