Google garages near you when you can get a FREE or at most £10 vehicle inspection check (VHC).

It’s not a guarantee to pass MOT but they will be able to advise you if anything needs to be fixed or if any thing can jeopardise your car’s chances of passing it’s MOT.

I would save that £10, and conduct the basic checks by myself.......😂

When you see it like this, you know the Nigerian enterprise is rigged against the masses/majority......

- Check all your tyres are within legal limits......
- Check wiper blades, for wear and tear + how effective is your screenwasher........
- Check your headlights and indicator bulbs......
- Headlights are not too cloudy....
- Handbrake is effective......
- Check discs and pads, for wear and tear
- Seat belts are functional......
- No airfreshner tree blocking view......
- No dangerous defects on the vehicle, that could harm pedestrians .......
- Engine management light is not illuminated......
- Child seats are not obstructing seatbelt testing.........
- I know we cannot conduct emissions test, but ensure your car is not Smokey Robinsons cousin.........
- Ensure your exhaust pipe is not blowing.........
- I know we rarely use our horns, but check it....... 😁🤣
This are all I can remember, for now...... Would add more, when my brain reboots...... 🤣😁

Either would work, it depends on what you want to do considering the tax implications, tax efficiency, complications and legalities........

Our BTL's are rented out to family members at zero margins....... So at the moment, we only benefit from equity appreciation + them looking after the properties......
