Like the PETALS of a graceful autumn bloom, We flourish, entwined in affection's sweet perfume. Pledged to each other ere our fateful meet, No bond can rival the love we replete. We are REKELS, crafting dreams in PETALS' HOME, Creating a haven where love finds its grace. SEALED By the TRINITY

When you have a portfolio managed by experts........... Once you check through your dashboard, you would see all transactions, conducted on your behalf........ You can simply copy and paste transactions on your self managed portfolio........😁 You can tell, I had a rubber-neck, during my schooling days ........😜😂 |

Santa2: Congratulations oooh.. So happy for you.
How does it feel to be in your own place?
I am also trying to drag out my completion date,
Trying to see if I can drag so the kids can complete the third term in our current place, as the new house is in another town, would like them to complete the school year in our current place. Unfortunately I might have pay rent and mortgage.. Fingers crossed. Even if you're a timekeeper, to sync this aspect is very difficult......... You might have to squat to bridge the GAP and avoid paying your Landlord & your lender........😂 |

Iyeura: Hello guys pls my friend needs help 🙏.
His insurance was done by a 3rd party who claimed to be a broker. He realized after a year that the broker claimed that he had 8 years NCD in the UK instead of Nigeria. He decided to search for another insurance quote with his real details. The current insurance company mailed hi that they have initiated cancellation of his insurance based on false information. They also said it would be reported to other agencies. He quickly paid for another insurance, quite high, though. Kindly advise on how to get a reasonable cover. He has close to 2 years UK license with 8 year NCD from Nigeria His problems are now multifaceted....... - He might be issued with a CIFAS...... - He needs to disclose to all insurance companys, that he had a previous policy cancelled (details would already be uploaded on the MIB)........ - If he dishonestly does not make a full disclosure, he stands the risk of having future insurance policies, declared null & void (even with a live claim in process)...... Never use an insurance broker, they might save you one penny today, but would cost you £15,000 tomorrow.......😁 NB: Does he have a NCD certificate from Nigeria....... |

missjekyll: We need to share money advice here too.
Before you open an ISA, you will need to clear all your debts then save up 6 months of your monthly expenses in an easily accessible account then work out your long term plan then and only then open an ISA.
This is because you need to let that money rest in there for a long time (5-10 years) inorder to enjoy compound interest. Those that are shallow-minded, would interpret it as posing (because the investment information, could be obtained via Google).........😜😂 |

But EHIC does not cover medical repatriations (if required)....... So get an additional travel insurance to cover (non EHIC coverage)........ |

missjekyll: On the other hand, US index funds on the Vanguard Stocks and shares ISA are up a record-breaking 29%.
I expect it to remain high till November at least when Biden wins hopefully.
Since this is the very tippytop of the market, its probably not the best time to buy. Its probably better to pop it in a high yield bank account till the markets become bearish.
Oh and lexus, my accounts are not managed. That's 1 less fee I have to pat and more money I can keep for myself. I m an index funds fan. The beauty of using both options, wins on all fronts...... I have 3 managed accounts and multiple personally managed funds, consisting of ETF's, CFD's, indices, individual shares, commodities etc etc ........ The best time to be in the market........😜😂Don't also forget, the fees paid .... Comes from within the profits generated........ Win Win......😀 |

Akorkor: Happy Easter Everyone!! What is the best savings account with good percentage for like a 2 years fixed bond @lexusgs430 and every other investor please advice. If this has been discussed before please direct me to the page so that it won’t be repetitive. Banks would not give you a good rate...... Best to lock it in an ISA for 2 years (managed by fund managers)........ But always know, the value of your investment can go up or down......... 😁 My managed account was up 20% (Mar 23 / Mar 24)..... But note, past performance cannot be used to judge future performance........ 😂 |

D1uncle: I used to think deals like this were scams, considering the price and the seller’s account. Have you had success buying from new users with prices way below market value? You would be attending sellers business address, you would pay £200 on credit card + cash balance (section 75 umbrella covers you)....... You conduct a HPI check (which fully covers you also)...... I won't be too bothered ...... Afterall, a seller with 1000 feedbacks, started with one feedback..... The young shall grow ......😁 |

She doesn't plan on going back what are her options. Baby mama is one option but then again giving birth can be quite expensive as there won't be nhs funding. Plus 7 years no be child's play o. Though that the only option that seems viable since marrying a citizen is not that easy. Is she prepared to continually live illegally, till perpetuity....... What plans does she have for work/accommodation/survival........ Life might be tough/rough, does she have the grit to bear ....... |

Chreze: Looking at the whole financial/ credit industry, won’t it be best to open/have account with top lenders like TSB, Tesco bank, Natwest and it’s like than this other banks that want your arm for a loan.
Cos I see you get better/higher offer if you are a customer and have spent some time with the top lenders.
This other ones like bank of Scotland and their siblings barely offer anything than cash back. Or are my mistaking something? It's an open market, you shop for the best rates/terms ....... I would prefer the ability to dip my egg in 30 baskets, than 8 baskets........😊 |
