That is my suspicion too, I think the parent company owns Nutricima which has been using PZ Nigeria assets for production. Have they been paying compensation for using those assets over the years? As part of the deal for Nutricima, they were to sell the factory which is on PZ Nigeria’s land. I think some of these complexities led to postponement of the EGM. It will be interesting to see how this end, I sincerely hope the Nigerian shareholders are not shortchanged.

You can take it to the bank that the milk and oil business is not consolidated with nigeria result. However there are so many complexities because of the interwoven nature of the business.

Should we be expecting a special dividend from PZ since they sold some assets to WAMCO?

GSK sold one of their businesses about 3 years ago and paid a special dividend of N7.00 per share. This corporate action made the stock price of GSK to move from N15.00 to N44.00.

I just bought a few shares of Genprex (GNPX). This is a small biotech company and they currently have drugs in the pipeline to treat lung cancer and diabetes. This is a small cap stock that used to trade at $18 just two years ago. The chart looks good here and a move to $3 will value this company at over $100M. This is a very risky trade and it may not materialize.

Did they include donations for COVID-19 pandemic?

Guys be careful, WAPCO’s EPS from continuing operations is N0.96, the gains from disposal of the SA unit was used to repay part of their loans so it is not available for distribution to shareholders. 2020 results will most likely not be as good as 2019. WAPCO is somewhat expensive in terms of P/E ratio and dividend yield compared to some other companies. No doubt a good company but I will exercise some caution. This is not an investment advisory, do your due diligence.

Based on my initial analysis, seems GTBank earnings dropped by >40% in Q3 2017 vs. Q3 2016. Does anybody know why?

Has anyone noticed DSTV has taken off some of the channels one could view with the sports channels renumbering exercise. For example I could watch live tennis on Compact Plus but now it seems that is no longer possible. Before Compact Plus had access to 11 sports channels vs 12 for premium; it appears it is not the case with the renumbering exercise.

I slightly disagree with you on these, I believe instead that mothers has failed, most women tend to play the victim cards, even when there is problems between couples, the children should never be involved. When the two of them started the relationship the children were not there, so when issue arises couples should stop placing their children in between especially mothers. Growing up I remember when my parents had little misunderstanding we always want to take sides with mum, but she always remind us not to and assure us that our father isn't a bad man and he is best person for her. Today now we are grown ups and they are the only one at home living together like newly wedded couples. Some people condemning their father has received more humiliation from their boyfriends than what their mother experienced in marriage, yet they stay put to the relationship hoping it will lead to marriage.
