Kleinfontein is not developing instead is shrinking. Other farms are developing better than Kleinfontein because they sell their produce to any market irrespective of colour.

In SA we do have faming towns and mining towns, until in Nigeria in Nigeria where you would only be given a small plot of land just only to plant a cassava and you mistakenly call it a farm. In SA a farm is a settlement. It has a large area of land and it has an entrance.
