Please I have a Toyota Corolla Verso 05, that just stops and goes to Neutral (when you are driving on E -automatic).

Can this be fully remedied?

You asked a top manager, what else would you expect for an answer? I think a better poll will be from te typical low and middle mgt level marketers and operators.

I think banks no longer have permanent workers as the working terms show everyone are on contract. A friend of mine who was sacked recently was not even paid any form of gratuity after working for almost a decade as a 'full' staff. (Is there something that talks about this in the labour law?)

hmm! we've got a lot of these structures as schools in Nigeria; a lot in Delta, Ogun. (u got to go through the villages between Lagos and Benin and between Benin and Warri, Warri and Asaba), We just have to stand and hold our government accountable, else we'll end up having more ruins than these.

Yea, we must admit power supply has improved. However some areas having one local issue or the other are shut out of this cos PHCN officials do not promptly respond to such issues if ''pepper'' doesn't flow well.


Also these officials now isue a lot of fictitious billings. I was not around sometime and i came back to meet my bills with estimated consumptions between 400 and 600 KWh /month. Then when i complained, they finally came and read my meter from the time they stopped about 2 years till the present date and then multiplied it by the new rate. (my people for the first time i saw a bill in excess of N15K for the month.

@LeShawn: There are definitely good guys, u may see a part of him that u'll need to grow as desired. Good enough guys sure exist.

Why are men un-solicitedly fighting for ALLAH. This is a gross mis-interpretation of belief, GOD is supreme and fights for HIMSELF.

If Britain wants to help, then that's a good gesture. BUT on your soil, HOW they help might not be in the best of the Nigerian interest.

Why are men un-solicitedly fighting for ALLAH. This is a gross mis-interpretation of belief, GOD is supreme and fights for HIMSELF.

The world is becoming very atheist cas if you beleive GOD as supreme, why fight for him?

No ally can fight your war as effectively as it should be. If we can stop this on our own, the better it would be for us and for our children yet unborn.

Our Northern brothers should seriously engage their brothers in dialogue to forestall peace, while our Southern counterparts should do same with their brothers also. It is time to arise in our capacities and say/act/preach NO to terrorism, bloodshed and criminality, else posterity will never forgive us.

As humans and creations of ONE GOD, we need to love and stop destroying the work of GOD (under any guise).

Criminality is criminality, Be it MEND, BH or anything. Everyone has a duty to talk to his brothers and friends. These bodies/movements have people who are one way or the other related to some of us. It is our eternal responsibility to preserve peace (youthful blood may not think so, but in time wisdom will tell you same).

Or maybe, cos she's pretty, some peeps ard her are duin some counter wooing, with lots of attention and surprises, and then she might just be comparing u with som1 n feel u ain't. My say is: u try d best u can, spring in good surprises at times,,,and listen more. She might be saying something else.

When we reason with our feelings we loose our depths. spilling of blood can only cry for more blood.

I think it's time we started talking to our people. The Muslims and Northerners should really talk with their people while the southerners talk to theirs. In the midst of any bloodbath, our real humane reasoning is lost. When MUSLIMS GET SERIOUS TALKING TO SOME OF THEIR IRATE BROTHERS, Things will get a lot better. Same with the Christians. But right now, we all seem not to care. What goes around, comes around and affects all.

Enough of this inhumanity. We are all becoming religious fools., destroying the creation of the creator (whatsoever we call HIM)

Having someone in the same generation, mature and supportive is not exactly a question of age. Your age-mate might be all u need (understanding, supportive, attractive and loving) while a much younger lady might just be insultive, disrespectful and unsupportive. An older man might not just be as mature as a younger man. I beleive you go with what u really want in your partner and forget about the numbers (+ or - 3 years; still in same generation). Some of our parents with 10 to 17 years age difference live in different generations and have resigned to fate, others have it working really nice. Stick more to the values, maturity, attraction, compatibility and GENERATION, and less to the numbers. Younger ladies could as well be damn insultive if they are.

@poster, i think you do not have to over-adjust to a point where u loose ur own self and get unhappy, but u'll still meet someone who will make u gladly adjust (someone u'd really like). However, in every relationship u must learn to give as u would also be given, so u'll need to drop some of the ''self' self thing'' thing and be more accomodating cos d oda party also has his own self space thing. You are very ok. Just remember that in a relationship u are not very alone, there is someone else with some perturbing rights on ur space,
