Innoson Group of Companies is set to launch its brand new cars oriented for low and middle class Nigerians.
The company, which produces cars, buses, tankers and other products, will from August 8 launch brand new cars into the Nigerian auto-market at the price of N1.5 million.

Innocent Chukwuma, the chairman of the firm, who informed about this in Enugu on February 23, said the vehicles which would be fully air conditioned and come with other gadgets were made for Nigerians to have access to brand new cars.
Chukwuma said: “ I will launch my own cars in about two weeks time. And the cars will cost between N1.5 million and N3.5 million, depending on the cadre.”
“Some people think that my factory is an assembly plant, but they are wrong. We do not assemble, we manufacture.
“Eighty percent of Nigerians do not believe that we manufacture vehicles in my company. But we do manufacture.
“The raw materials are bought from different countries and some in Nigeria.”

Sometime ago,I was in a federal govt agency for some services. A particular igbo woman was busy attending endlessly to the numerous crowd that were there while another colleague of hers,a 'hajia' in hijab was just showing up and disappearing without sitting down to attend to us. I turned to the igbo woman and asked her if the hajia wasn't employed to do the same job cos some of us needed her to sit down to help reduce the queue. The igbo woman answered "they are the rulers of this place,they are above the law,if I try being that lazy,I will be sacked. I still have children in school".

This is obtainable across the nation. Once a sector becomes very profitable,instead of employing good hands to help it grow,they will send in their semi illiterate brothers to go milk it dry. And that's how a laudable sector will become a failure and the nation will be the loser at the end

Nigeria, right now do not have any choice than to make policies for people to buy made in Nigeria goods, otherwise the dollar will exchange for 1000 naira & balance of payments deficit will be massively against Nigeria which will in turn destroy our economy! Nobody is doing Igbos any favour rather they are trying to save our economy from iminent collapse!!

Most of this rubbish was not just instituted but also allowed to flourish right under Jonathan's nose. GEJ continued to grant fraudulent import waivers to every 'big man' that promised to support his re-election, at a point, the Nigerian Customs was bitterly lamenting a loss of revenue in trillions of Naira due to these import waivers granted to big men and even NOI was not spared in their attacks.

Members of the pro-Biafra group, Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, have resolved to carry arms from Wednesday February 17, 2016, ‘in self-defence’.
The group said in a release yesterday in Umuahia by its spokesperson, Emma Nmezu, that failure to carry arms had exposed its members to attacks and killings by security agents.

“Now, we have come to the painful but irreversible conclusion and determination to take our fate and destiny in our own hands. Starting from Wednesday, February 17, 2016, “Biafrans” will now be in the mode of self defence as enshrined by the relevant acts and declarations of the United Nations.
“Let no country or world leader attempt to tag us as terrorists because we are not terrorists, rather we are fighting for our survival and from being exterminated from the surface of the earth,” the release said.
“We shall defend ourselves with everything and anything necessary to avoid the continual killing of our mothers, fathers, and children. This is the time for all Biafrans to rise and defend themselves. We cannot fold our arms and watch them kill us the second time after killing over two million of us in 1968”.
The release added that in September last year, IPOB catalogued attacks on its members in a statement where it alerted the world on plans to provoke Biafrans into retaliation only for it to be tagged as a terrorist organization and Biafrans as terrorists.
