BJ4REEL:Just tried that, same response. If it's a technical issue from MTN, it's best they see this and fix their system. As it is, anyone selling me voucher henceforth must load it on my phone before I pay |
I have been trying to load the pin on the MTN voucher I bought and keep getting feedback that the pin does not exist. I just want to warn nairalanders to be cautious and load any recharge voucher they buy on the spot so they don't fall victim to this scam. Modified: I bought the card from an elderly woman at amuwo odofin lga, beside the health centre. I needed change to check my baby's weight so I just kept d card in my bag, this was on Wednesday, yesterday (Thursday) night I tried to load it and kept getting that message till this morning ![]() Local govt won't be open until Tuesday although I couldn't help thinking it's possible the woman was supplied fake cos why will anyone who stays at a permanent spot knowingly sell fake vouchers? OP, I was once in your shoes, what I did was to let them know I'll pay for the clothes and in a twinkle of an eyes, 11 girls were available, I had to shortlist the list to 7 girls to save cost... the girls ranged from school mates, my sister's friends, neighbours and sisters of my male friends. If u can afford to, you can do same and let the word out, you would be amazed at the feedback you get. HML in advance |

If you are posted to States like Borno or Yobe, you will definitely go with stream II (June 2nd) but if you are posted to States like Lagos, Abuja, Akwa Ibom etc, u could fall into stream 1 or II, as these States will observe both streams to avoid overcrowding the camps due to insufficient facilities. .... that's the summary of my epistle ![]() |
Camp opens may 5 The national secretariat of the National Youth Service Co rps (NYSC) has announced that the nationwide orientation course for the 2015 Batch ‘A’ corps members will commence on Tuesday, May 5. It added that the orientation programme for stream II of the same batch is expected to commence on June 2. To this end, corps members deployed to states in the North-eastern part of the country, apart from Taraba State, would have their orientation programme SCHEDULED for stream II due to security reasons. This category of corps members would also undergo their orientation programmes outside their states of deployment. According to the SCHEDULE released by the NYSC management yesterday in Abuja, corps members deployed to Yobe State would observe their orientation programme in Kano State NYSC orientation camp, corps members for Gombe State would proceed to Jigawa State for their orientation, while corps members posted to Bauchi State are expected to undergo their orientation at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Plateau State. Also, corps members posted to Borno State are SCHEDULED to have their orientation in Nasarawa State while Adamawa State corps members have been directed to Taraba State for their orientation programme. According to the schedule, “Registration commences on May 5 and closes by 12:00 midnight of Wednesday, May 6. Official closing ceremony for the orientation programme is SCHEDULED to hold on Tuesday, 25. However, corps members deployed to Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, and Yobe States will be hosted in stream II and their orientation will commence on June 2, 2015 and closes by Monday, June 22.” Meanwhile, Akwa Ibom, Benue, Delta, Kaduna, Lagos, Niger, Ogun States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) would also host stream II of the 2015 Batch ‘A’ Orientation Course. NYSC management staff who wants to be anonymous, explained: “Corps members deployed to Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, and Yobe States will be hosted in stream II |

get a medical report from a government hospital, write a letter of concessional posting. Make copies of both and submit at your school students affairs. Also submit at Nysc secretariat in your state so they can help you forward it to Abuja. I hope it's not too late already. |

OPEN LETTER TO PROF.OBAFUNWA AND GOV.FASHOLA It is no more news that LASU MGT ordered the students and staffs of the school to vacate the school with immediate effect. The annoucement i know was what the school community were expecting after the staffs union sent the management team out of the campus, perhaphs the annoucement is a way of curbing the ongoing crisis within the citadel rather than the election excuse. Now straight to business the graduating students currently waiting for their clearance form from different department of the university i.e library, sport, bursary, department, faculty, students affairs and finally internal audit .Let me remind you that the clearance form is the gate pass to collect Notification Of Result from the ICT department. Now the implication of this partial decision made by LASU MGT is that the graduated students might not go for the 2015 NYSC batch A that has been slated for May 5 2015.DO i need to remind you that notification of result from the school is a pass to the camp of NYSC. Fact gathered from majority of the graduated students is that they had done library and sport clearance alone, some had submitted in bursary unit, and asked to come back after 2weeks.Student affairs, internal audit and faculty clearance all last for atleast a week, summing all to 5weeks. Even if the school is re opened on the 13th of April ,the implication is that most/all of us will be absent at the camp on 5th of May.I need to remind the school magement that this piece is a plea on behalf of the affected young graduates of the citadel. I hereby call on over 6,000 affected graduates to remain alert, prepared, resolute and calm,as this is just a warning note.We hereby give the school mgt and Lagos state govt to respond to this on/ before April 1st 2015 .Else we can always resolve to confrontation as this is the only language our leaders seems to understand.Aluta Prospective Batch A corpers of Lagos State University Lalasticlala seun ...front page please |
