Yesterday, at about 4:12pm I was at my boss's POS stand when a woman dressed in a full wine attire walk-up to my stand and asked me if I can direct her to her Son's House address around Sabon-Gari.

I obliged and she showed me a white paper. As I was struggling to read the address, my head started paining me and the writing became blurry. Immediately, I sat down and that was the last thing I remembered.

The next time I got consciousness, I noticed the money in my bag about 89,000 had gone. Before I could shout, she wasn't anywhere to be found.

I called my boss and narrated the ordeal to him and he became furious. He took me to my mum Beauty shop at the road side and mandated I get his money and he sacked me without hearing me out. He thinks it's my fault.

I was thinking he will allow me work so that he can be removing the money from my monthly salary of 12k but he didn't hear me out.

Please nairlander family, was my boss right for sacking and mandating me to look for his money or not I will be arrested?

My parents died in a car accident 2015, since then as an only child life throws a heavy challenge at me

My parents families sold my dad's land an shared his properties as a kid I have nothing to do about it so I leave everything to God.

All my life has been struggling and full of challenges but I manage to get myself a skill but no proper education no results because I couldn't finish secondary school.

Right now life is no longer ok I can barely eat nor breath. I keep pushing but can no longer go on.
I lost my sights due to lack of food for some days am not blind but my sights are not what they used to be.
What a cruel world? I don't deserve this I don't have hope anymore. I wish to have a guardian or parent but am alone in this cold world please what favor can I get from anyone? I want to start a business and put my past behind me.

A Chinese national resident in Kano, Geng Quangrong, has disclosed why he stabbed his Nigerian girlfriend, Ummu Kulthum, to death.



Geng killed 23-year-old Ummu last Friday, September 16, in her home in Kabuga Quarters, Dorayi Babba area of Kano State.Geng, 47, said he killed Ummi because she promised to marry him but later reneged on that promise after he had spent so much money on her.



Geng has since been transferred to the state headquarters at Bompai for further investigation and prosecution.
