There is a current sentence for false accusations, like 10 - 15 yrs as I saw online.

The problem isn't lack of legal punishment, the problem is that most guys in this shoe would settle out of court due to pleas.

You wouldn't know what you would really do till it falls on you, you would think it's about you getting justice, but then, you would have to consider the bad blood and the stigma from virtually every one that comes close to you.

People would see you as wicked, because in the eyes of the society, false rape accusation is a pardonable mistake.
