I was like that before in 2017, i relocated from Ghana to Osogbo in 2018 because i do work remotely via fiverr and upwork and that decision was my best decision ever, i am now a landlord in osogbo within the short period, environment is good and peaceful though the light is not good as before. You can get 2 bedroom flat between 150k and 300k depends on your taste.
