Mr elated. To me, all versions of the bible are sacred. my church dont permit any version except KJV, yet many dont understand the outdated english used in it. Funny part of it is most pastors who condemns other versions of the bible do use other versions for clear understanding when preparing their sermon. When my pastor quotes any part of the bible during sunday school and he points me to help them read. I simply reply saying "i dont use king james" and he points another. Simple...!

You should clap to the genuiness of all bible authors for being truthful in their preface which makes people to be aware before reading so incase corrections/revised copy comes they can figure out their former errors. Is it not better than other books that hid the truth to deceive? Bible is really a truthful guide.

Take a look at mark 14vs 3-9 which say Jesus went to the house of simeon the leper to dine. Remember lepers are never allowed in human domain so what happened? In the original scroll it was GRB Which had no vowels but king james translated (G-A-RB-A) Which translated to leper instead of (GARABA) Which translates to a potter. Thats the defect they meant. Till today no one knows the correct pronunciation of YHWH. Many who calls YAHWEH Are only deceiving themselves. The solution is that they keep revising and revising till it becomes accurate. Thats why there are many versions.

Yes there were mistakes. Bible should have been so glorious if it were left in its original language. The translaors tried anyway but the fact remains that hebrew has no vowel and in the cause of adding vowel to hebrew language some words were altered.

Do your best and leave the rest. You have more than what you need to be contented. Things are worse for others. Some will feel like dangote to be in your position.
