You are right... it sounds funny saying it can’t be changed. The officers working in Agis saying it can’t be changed very funny. I’ll look into this..thanks

First, congrats on getting a genuine land. Now if you are surely sure, when you purchase your land, you for starters you should get a contract of sale and a deed of assignment. These documents mean that the land has been sold to you, and any title to the land has been assigned to you (I don't know what title the previous owner had). A lawyer should guide you through .This deed transfers all the pervious owners rights to you. As soon as you do that, go back to the abuja land registry/AGIS quickly and begin the process of registering the land in your name (find someone to show the step by step until its complete) The earlier, the better and will definitely help secure your land and prevent sales to multiple buyers. Thank you my lawyer is already working on the power of attorney / deed of assignment and will begin the process of registering the land at AGIS. I decided to do my own research myself because i was told the previous owner's name will remain on the document and CAN NOT be changed...that's what baffles me.

probably the fuel you buy has not reach the specify level to set off the warning light. guess the fuel guage rise whenever you buy fuel? if yes, then try an buy full tank, if the light will still stay on, if it still stay on then i can give you a solution, but if it doesn't, don't bordered about the light it's mean the fuel level has not reach the normal level of factory specification

I just bought the car and filled the tank full. Still the same thing

Good evening sir, I can't really tell the authenticity of the documnt. Its true, the original document is just 1, and most of the time copies are given for each car. The consignee can be given the original copy, but I always keep it for reference/future purpose, if any of the receiver lost his/her document.

Seems like your fuel gauge floater does not return after refilling your tank. Seems likely the car fuel gauge attached on the pump assembly is faulty and may be giving you wrong fuel level reading.

I think I will do diagnostics

bros the papers are for the whole container original would be with the dealer,u can only have photocopies only

He's holding the original for future reference,since the info on the paper it includes ur car details and u can use d info to confirm if ur car is truly registered with all others cars in the container on customs data base Ure good to ride ur car around with joy cool minded

Hi nairalanders I just bought an Acura TL 2010. It is a lagos cleared car...The custom paper is a photocopy because 4 other cars where in the same container. It seem to be an argument with me and the dealer about the authenticity of the custom papers. Please I would like to ask if 4 cars in one container are clear does each car carry each custom paper or one custom paper covers all 4.

Well, about 10-11million will take u from the site preparation, DPC, foundation,first block work, first lintel level, decking, through to the second lintel level. 2.2-2.5 million will finish the roofing, giving you the complete carcass of the building..... the remaining 14-17 million will cover septic tanks, plastering , electrical works, plumbing works, fence, doors, gate, painting, tiles and other finishings to your taste) Note; Mr A can use mere 10million for finishings while Mr B can use up to 35million depending on taste......
