Hello everyone, i have been a silent follower but i am here now to cry for help, also i am yet to understand how nairaland works.

i am an applicant for fsw pr application and my timeline is over 7months and more now
I requested for my gcms notes and received a response on day 32 with notes

please i need a clear understanding of security blank

and if i may ask where do i check on the gcms to confirm the last time my application was touched

regards
Security blank usually means passed (they censor anything that has to with security in GCMS notes)

Go to the last 3-5 pages you'll see NOTES, whatever is on NOTES 1 is the most recent Officer/Agent update on your app.

Hope this helps!

It's ITA people of God! It's not even PPR yet but here, I can't breathe. This ITA story is a pure story of grace. Just when we were growing so worried that we're dropping points in few weeks, ITA happened...

I pray that this merry go round for everyone of us as this year rolls to its end. As I said, it's been eventful for us. If ITA can be this delightful, I wonder how the golden mail really feels like...
Just saw the draw, you don’t know how I shouted!!! God really answers prayers, I’m so happy for you!!!!!!!!! Delay is not denial! grin

Good Morning house!

I'm new on this thread and i'm just about to start the whole Canadian process.
For accountants in the house, does ICAN and ATS qualify for 2 or more degrees? I want to be sure so i can apply for WES.

Thank you
Only ATS qualifies as another certificate

Still miles away from you o. I remember we wrote IELTS same day last year Nov 7 and I was here too when you were also lamenting WES delay back then. For us, wifey is the PA and has been battling to max out IELTS ever since. cheesy
I always draw motivation from people's progress here. Stay blessed.

Pls apart from having a high IELTS score what else can someone with bsc and 2.5 years paid work experience do so as to get a good CRS score?
Get another certificate, have 3 years experience; if still not good enough, learn and take French proficiency exams.

Pls oo I checked my express entry dashboard now n saw I met the minimum entry criteria on Oct 29 2020 but no ITA .my CRS is 450 .I was actually expecting from Sinp since the last draw was 68.I haven't received any mail from there as well. My application has been there since last year o.whats the update about pls? Is it a general message
Meeting the MEC just means you are eligible for the FSW program. Draws are based on CRS score and yours is not high enough to get an ITA based on current score trend.

For the SINP I'm assuming you created an EOI on their website, although you may not have received an invitation maybe due to your NOC not targeted or you did not meet other requirements (sometimes they have additional requirements for certain scores like length of work experience)

Also, do check that your SINP has not exceeded one year. Hope this helps

Good morning everyone.

I have 2 and half years experience in HR and 2 years in Customer service. Can I combine NOCs to claim 3 years work experience or it's not possible?
You can combine NOCs as long as the fall under Category 0, A or B.

Hello, I need help please. I was told by ACCA that I can waive my exemption for one paper in the foundation stage, and still obtain the accounting diploma certificate. However, will WES evaluate it as a one year diploma knowing fully well that my transcript will only show that I wrote one paper? Please help.
It's alright

If you can't submit by Oct 26, you need to retake IELTS within the 90 day period from when you got ITA and hope that your score is equal to or better than the old score.

Note that if your CRS happens to drop below the first one because of a different IELTS score, it can't go below the CRS cutoff for your draw. Else you have to decline the ITA.
Yeah you should quote the person's question so they gets it

Good aft. Please I got ita on Wednesday but my ielts expires on the 27th of October. Do I continue with the application
Your IELTS has to be valid when you submit your application. If you can't submit your application before its expiry you'll have to retake the IELTS

Good day everybody !

Due to exemptions granted by ACCA,I wrote the 4 ACCA Final/Professional papers. I would like to know if the Ethics and Professional Skills Module (EPSM) and Practical Experience Requirement (PER) must be concluded before I can make a request to ACCA to send my transcript for WES evaluation.

Thank you.
Hey, you only need to complete the EPSM to get the final certificate.

Hi people, quick question please regarding work experience.

Must the 3years work experience be continuous? Because Iv got the 3years split in 2. That’s is 1year4 months before msc and another 1year 8 months after the msc with same noc code
Not required, you just need to have at least 1 year continuous experience, which you do.

You're good to go
