With what happened in Nigeria this election and the news I read online media, I have decided that Nigerians are the problem. Since Nigeria has been divided along Ethnic lines, I think it is to my best interest to pull this post/topic down as I won’t be helping anyone not from my tribe and I give up on Nigeria. If you’re writing me via email and not my tribe, I will not in anyway assist you be it in Nigeria or abroad.I have always said this! which brings me to asking you this question are you from any of the 3 major tribes or a Minority tribe in Nigeria? because i saw your other post taken too, it was a very interesting post which i expected to be on the front page as we both share similar views and ideas. |
Read my post, I run CDL trucks and 0-6 months I will pay 0.35-40/cpm and 3000 miles/weekI did read your post, i was just wondering if you can help to train to get the CDL. Thanks |
ednut1:The Canadian system is starting to notice their immigrants come in and get their citizenship, then move south. hopefully they don't go back to 5yrs or even more of naturalization to get their citizenship! This just tells your there's more better opportunities in the south! |
ourunivibes:In terms of survival and settlement for a first timer, Canada is your sure bet. |
Kingofmykingdom:Alright no worries then, i quoted your last post saying you can train for 0.35cpm, hence the reason why i asked. But now you are saying to go get CDL first. so its all good! |

Yes i am, no i dont have a CDl, just a normal drivers license. |
Kingofmykingdom:Hello, i just saw this write up before asking you all those questions, please i would love to get trained by you and work the 2yrs, at that 0.35cpm how much will be my weekly take home? |
Kingofmykingdom:Hello, I love driving only problem is getting a CDL, i would love to come into the business and make it a family business as an owner & operator because i would like to retire owning my own business. what state are you residing ? can you help with training on how to get a CDL (this is the hardest part as it cost a whole lot in going to a truck driving training school). |
ourunivibes:I have Lived in both countries, presently residing in the USA! your question is very ambiguous, be precise......what are your concerns list them and i will share my experiences with you and hope that helps you in making a decision! |
Why in the world will any one who's got an EU citizenship want to come to Canada? Canada is overrated! i have lived there for almost 2 decades ( Calgary and Winnipeg ) and i keep telling folks if you got another option like the UK and Australia or NZ go for it! unless you don't have an option you can consider Canada. Canadians cant even afford vacations without working 2 jobs or a side hustle, all they do is work work work! the pay sucks and the US dollar kicks the Canadian dollars in the ass. I am sorry Sir, I totally disagree with this statement. Well maybe this is true amongst your clique or circle but within my circle this is not the case. Canada is the land where subtle racism was invented, you need to write one certification or get one license or the other for you to get into a real professional gig as your experiences outside the country means nothing to them! I also disagree with this statement. In my field (finance/accounting/auditing), ur experience outside Canada is not discounted and u don’t need to write any professional exams before u get professional jobs in that industry. Toronto and Vancouver are the most expensive cities but lots of opportunities ( a more milder climate of maybe -20 in the deep winter) there, just like Newyork and California but be ready to rent someones basement. Even Canadians are looking for greener pastures in the Us. My friend Honestly the lawn is not always as green as it looks on the otherside. If you consider other provinces be prepared for the cold and owning 2 cars insurance is thru the roof, telecoms bills are crazily expensive. the wether makes everyone depressed. Think Again! My clique or circle? lol ! I'm wondering how much you make annually as a finance manager or an accountant in Canada to go on vacations lol! sooner or later you will understand right now you are just basking in the Euphoria of culture shock. soon my friend soon you will understand lol. Anyways I rest my case! |

JayGordon:So basically you got your US citizenship before moving to live in Canada with your family? My Parents are African Americans on a mission to Nigeria from the 70's to 90's, I am a Nigerian because i was born in Nigeria and I have always had good relationships with Nigerians while in Nigeria and Outside Africa. They have also talked about the school systems being too "woke". I'm sorry i don't understand the meaning of ''woke'' in this context. i will look out for your messages! |
JayGordon:Now that you have said all these, i will be quite frank and honest with you, I am an American citizen but born in Nigeria and Nigerian Raised, left 9ja after my college days. My wife ( high school sweet heart) on the other hand is a Canadian citizen and was an advocate for us raising our kids in Canada but thank God i let her have her way (until she saw the truth) and now we are happily living our lives with our kids in the US. and yes i am an American and a Canadian. I also am in the Power Generation Industry Nuclear turbines and CCGT. The USA has so much unlimited opportunities when it comes to our field but in Canada only the white Canadians are allowed to venture into such fields ( even in the military only on very rare occasions) speaking from my experience i think I've seen it all. i will not discourage you but i will encourage you to go back to your drawing boards and do some more research. The USA gives you options as a professional and depending on your specialization they will welcome your experience from other countries but that is not the case for Canada, not only that, you have got 50 states to choose from even if you want a Nigerian weather its in the US! Another key aspect is education for the kids, the opportunities are just immense in terms of sports and talent seeking, their High schools are top notch. In Canada when my kids were in middle school and high school the educational level was just too poor and laid back, they don't drill the kids with extra homework and assignments. I can categorically tell you my kids went to one of the best top rated public high schools in the us ( which was a struggle for them the first year, but the had to sit up) and we have been so glad we left Canada ever since. Just like every other western country you just have to look for a home where the schools in that vicinity are highly rated in terms of academics and sports, trust me when i say true born Canadians are leaving Canada for the us because of lack of opportunities. the Canadian economy thrives on immigration and it will get to a point where if not well managed the structure will start to deteriorate. Indians have messed the country up and they have carved a niche for themselves that they look at Africans and Nigerians most especially as big competition for them and they will go all out to frustrate you. But guess what? they have little or no say in the US! my family and I have tons of experience with Canada and we r so glad we left and now living our American Dream! |

this is now the time for NURTW to create their website where you can just buy a bus ticket/pass for the week or day or even for the month. get chips in all buses and all you do is scan the barcode of your ticket and boom turns green and you can get a bus ride. but wetin i sabi? MUMU Government and people everywhere! |
The Biggest and Number one problem we have in Nigeria is TRIBALISM! There is no moving forward for this country until it divides, with North, South, East and West ( forget get all this south west and south east) going their separate ways! Remember this and always know peace. Personally I don't trust an Igbo man to deliver Nigeria, neither do i trust Peter Obi and his Cohorts ( Atiku & BAT ). Needless to say when 3 rotten tomatoes are placed on a table to fry some eggs you select the one that is strong, so that the knife can cut through easily without the knife squashing it. This rotten tomatoes happens to be Peter Obi. I schooled years ago in the East between Enugu and Anambra to be precise, these people are a different breed, i still have friends from the east but i keep them at arms length, you got to be wise when dealing with these folks because they are very SLY, fearless and heartless when it comes to achieving a goal ! They are very cunning and will smile at you while cutting your flesh before your very eyes. At this point as Nigerians for now, we can only hope Peter Obi turns out to be a new leaf if he eventually wins and hope he steers the country in the right direction! Ebele Goodluck Jonathan was one of the best presidents Nigeria ever Had. God help Nigerians as i see nothing good coming after this election and in the future. |
seunpinky:Yeah! no worries what would you like to know? |
Must you marry? when you marry now you go begin ask yourself why u marry, |
StrongAlphMale:Baba i believe you, he could truly be a simp! |
JayGordon:its personal preference, honestly in my own opinion the Uk is better because of proximity to 9ja, better schools and the pounds sterling makes sense. on the other hand there is a huge culture shock when you move from the Uk to Canada and even more when moving from 9ja to Canada. No i wouldnt do it again, i setteled in Manitoba and moved to Alberta after 8yrs. |

This is just generic, ask from people who've got kids and how much they make in a year determines your kids benefit. If you and your wife both each make 100k and above bye bye to kids benefit. fyi I have kids! |
EvilRampage:to tell u the truth i nor believe this your story sey you drop am sha! u carry hook up come dey ask am her age before the main action abi? una dey try for lies sha! |
if to say na so dem dey respect us for every other aspect, nor be them for dey beg us for visa? |
hmm na wah |
seunpinky: |
gladysene89:Just like the USA, you can have your child in any of the provinces in Canada and the child automatically becomes a Canadian citizen, in terms of cost it is more affordable, but getting a visa to Canada will be the huge hurdle! I have lived 8yrs in Manitoba and 8yrs in Calgary Alberta, both cities cannot be compared obviously the later is better than the other in terms of job opportunity, and diversity! although both are very cold, the chinook winds comes in the middle of the winter to melt the snow and give some few days of warmth b4 it gets cold again. in Manitoba nothing like that, very flat terrain and when it is cold woe betides any witches and wizards that try to fly across! |
Apostle Suleiman prophesied this one ooooo..... |
This is what i got. please is this real or a scam? am i supposed to pay via western union? INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA PROGRAM You have been selected at random from over 12.1 million qualified entries (16.5 million with derivatives) received. The diversity lottery was conducted under the terms of section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act which makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. The annual DV program makes visas available to persons meeting simple, but strict, eligibility requirements. The Department of State implemented the electronic fees processing system beginning with DV-2005 in order to make the DV process more efficient and secure. With the Diversity Visa (also known as Green Card) you will enjoy all the advantages and benefits of a U.S. permanent resident, including health and education benefits, and employment opportunities along with guidance in your new country, orientation sessions and programs to integrate into mainstream American society. Once received you can use it at any time you want to move in the United States or just travel. The visa must be renewed after 10 years. U.S. Government helps you with the accommodation and offers you Health Insurance (Freedom HSA Direct Individual Health insurance for 1 year), Dwelling (Apartment in any city you prefer, 1 bedroom for 3 months ), a guaranteed job (in the field that you are are currently qualified so you can start working even from the first week you arrive in the United States and get paid as U.S citizen. ) and education (for U.S. Students or Higher Education through Education USA. It includes transfer to a U.S college or University so you can continue your educational study. PROCESSING FEES : Is the Diversity Visa FREE ? No. There is a big confusion. Only the participation in the Diversity Visa Lottery was free but the winners must pay the visa processing fees. United States Permanent Resident Card Granted! - Waiting for payment of processing fee US $875.00 Although the Diversity Visa participation was free, the law and regulations require to every diversity visa winner to pay a visa processing fee of US $875.00. The Diversity Visa (Green Card) is guaranteed upon receiving the payment. The per person fee for each Diversity Visa is US $875.00, payable in U.S. dollars or equivalent of your local currency. This US $875.00 fee is the only fee a winner needs to pay throughout the entire relocation process. Accompanying family members (wife/husband, fiancee, brothers, sisters, childrens, cousins) may be included in the program and their visas will be provided at the same time with yours so you can travel/move together in the same time. However the fees must be paid per person and each member(e.g wife, brother, parents, childrens, cousin) must pay US $875.00. There is no discount for childrens. Please note that you are allowed to take with you as many family members you want. If your marital status has changed (you have a domestic partner or you got married) from the time you applied for the Green Card you can apply for your new family members. However for each person you must pay an additional amount of US $875.00. For example if you decide to move in the United States with your wife and a kid the total fee is US $875.00 (your fee) + US $875.00 (your wife's fee) + US $875.00 (your kid's fee) = US $2,625.00. PURPOSE: The U.S. Department of State uses the fee payment primarily to process your visa related documents and verify your identity. Also you will get plane tickets for your travel. You can use the tickets at any time you want to move in the United States or just travel. Visa Payment processing instructions The fees must be paid using Western Union money transfer, Western Union is a leading provider of International money transfer. With more than 150 years experience and 245,000 Agent locations in over 200 countries and territories, Western Union is recognized for sending money quickly, reliably, and safety. The payment will be processed by the U.S. embassy in the United Kingdom. The U.S. Department of State decided this based on the diplomatic relations with your country. In order to receive the payment details for paying the processing fees you need to upload your passport and the passport or National ID of your accompanying family members ( only if this is the case ). If you do not have a passport you can use your National ID or Birth Certificate. You must email your documents at support@kcc-program.com. Please include your last name and your confirmation number. Example (Identity ID or Passport for each member of your family)* Formats File Acceptateble : JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF, TIFF, DOC, DOCX Within 24 hours after you have uploaded the documents, you will receive a confirmation via email with the details that you need for paying the processing fees. NOTE: Once you have received the winning notification, you have 7 working days for paying the processing fees. You are strongly encouraged not to wait until the last day to pay. Heavy demand may result in system delays. Under no circumstances can diversity visas be issued or adjustments approved after this date, nor can family members obtain diversity visas to follow-to-join the principal applicant in the U.S. after this date. Please note that the status of your application will be updated within 24 hours after you have paid the processing fees. Do not ask us why you cannot verify your application with the confirmation number, the status of your application will change only after you have paid the processing fees. After you have paid the processing fees, within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation via email with the exact date and time of the final interview. Upon successful interview you will receive your documents and travel information to move in the United States. You have been selected winner of the Diversity Visa lottery so the visa is guaranteed upon receiving the payment fees on time. A hard copy of this letter will be mailed to your postal address upon receiving the payment fees. HelpFor any questions please contact U.S. Department of State's Support at support@kcc-program.com. Hello Visa Officer, I got an email from KCC notifying me of my DV. I relocated to canada with my family last year and I hold a permanent resident status, my question is; I hope it is possible for us to continue our DV application process here in Canada as we no longer reside in Nigeria? And if we can, kindly help me to explain the process in a few steps on how to go about it. Thanks in anticipation |
