Good evening house... Earlier I stated that I got a conditional offer from University of Adelaide to study an msc in computing and innovation. The condition was me having to meet the GTE requirement by filling a questionnaire and attaching bank statement. After 2weeks of waiting I just got an email saying that the information I provided does not meet the migration regulations 1994 and hence can't get a place at Adelaide. I am confused now, do I apply to another University in Australia knowing very well I would still need to
satisfy the GTE requirement and what could be the possible reason for not satisfying this requirement..?

I think the stipulated time stated on DIBP has changed to 60 - 83days, not 52 - 59days

Please when application is showed FINALISED, and have not receive a confirmation email. Is this a good omen? Have this ever happened to anyone here before?

Please read through your institutions refund policy before you start ranting here. Some schools deduct administrative fees from the total money paid to them. The problem with most of us is that we are too positive that the visa will be granted that we neglect to check little things like this.

Thanks so much my first rejection was flinders admission.. I will try and apply to UQ... My first degree is geology and I applied for masters of social work.

Your the mail that accompanied your Coe should have a link to myflinders just click on my flinders it opens up a page that says activate bla bla click on activate the use student id. Put in id and date of birth it should give your fan name. First few letters of your surname and some numbers

No because appeal is FREE. No fee is required for appeal. Your appeal must be made in writing to the address specified in the letter you have received. You should address each refusal reason in your appeal, supply clear and relevant evidence in your appeal to support your application and include any further information or documentation with your appeal letter.

EMBASSY OF IRELAND,

11 NEGRO CRESCENT,

MAITAMA DISTRICT,

ABUJA, NIGERIA.

Make sure you send your appeal through courier maybe DHL or UPS and makesure you enclose return envelope.

The Appeals Officer will review your application, taking account of any additional information or documentation that you have supplied. On examination and review the original decision may be reversed. The Appeals Officer will notify you in writing when the decision is made and in general, a decision should issue within 4-6 weeks.

Goodday house, pls can someone help me out, i have someone who just got an offer of PhD in Newzealand and the person is to pay domestic tuition fee, like how many months can one apply for visa before the resumption date of the school? and how to go about applying for the student visa, what are the necessary requirement that one need to submit to the embassy so as to obtain the student visa, like how much money must be in the person's account as bank statement, and can anybody stand as a sponsor or it must be the

One of their several reasons was my age and that i was young and since my sister already has PR it will discourage me from coming back to Nigeria after my studies since i have just my immediate family here in Nigeria.

And secondly that i could always study my proposed course in Nigeria, my proposed course was Diploma in Entrepreneur.

this was the main reasons among others tho.
