I am a final year student of Industrial Chemistry and I will like to further my masters at NZ.
I want to ask what are my prospect in terms of employment to sponsor myself as an Industrial chemist and can I get a scholarship because I really don't have anyone who can help me ( I am going to grade with a strong 2.1)
If I can get a scholarship, how can I go about getting it or even seeing it.

Hi Everyone. My nephew has just been denied a student visa and given a 3 year ban as Immi office claimed he did not respond to their request for additional documents to prove that his workplace is real. However, he responded to their email and attached 9 documents to the email response. The documents included the company’s tax return for past 3 years, certificate of registration, incorporation etc. in fact, the director went all out to provide documents to prove existence of his business as he was offended that his 11 year old business was referred to as bogus. All these documents were sent 4 days after request for them and Australian immi people in Pretoria sent email confirmation of receipt of documents. Yet they refused visa on grounds that documents were not sent. The issue now is not the refusal, but my nephew’s record has now been tarnished. We are wondering what steps to take to prove his innocence, as it’s obvious someone somewhere did not do their job right and my nephew is taking the fall for it.

Best advice get a lawyer from Australia to fight it. Nothing more. If you have the money.

Then I applied for Australia visa in 2017 and was denied based on financial grounds and I applied in dec for feb intake but was denied last month saying my reasons are not genuine. Now I want to apply to USA for this September intake, please what do you honestly think the funds are there for me to apply. please house i applied for my study visa, its been 3 weeks exactly and no response, still scared and praying tho. my friend who applied got his in 3 weeks and his school to resume in june, we actually applied on the same day, i don't know the reason for the delay but still hopeful.

if it passes 3 weeks, what are the chances that it will be issued and again my school is resuming in september, paid tution fee full ad also had 10600pounds in my bank statement(money available since last year july).

was refused earlier on based on prior rejection from uk in 2009,2011,2012, i indicated it on first application but then didn't include 2009 , 2011 refusal letter as it was lost(did police report, sworn affidavit, sent document to uk embassy using DHL to please provide previous refusal letters) all this i included it in my new application and that of 2012.

2nd reason for denial was i didn't show my payslip or bank statement(provided payslip in new application)

3rd reason : they didn't see where the money was transferred from(provided my sister account because she paid the tuition fee, transfer receipt and sent supporting letter including her work payslip and bank statement, her british passport for me and that she is to pay tuition fee on behalf)

4th reason : no letter of sponsorship(provided letter of support from my mum(her estate document), my sisters' letter of support

little bit tensed.. cant wait for the result

My student visa was denied in January but no good news from the school as regards refund of fee, no update from the school till now. The school is ignoring my mails, website is down, relocated and not picking calls. Please advise on any step I can take to recover my fund. Please I need ur advise guys

Visa granted.. I can't thank God enough. It can only be God. I started my journey since April 2017 got admission for July 2017 semester at unsw. I applied for visa in June. I waited till October 2017 only to be rejected because I didn't meet gte requirements. I didn't give up. I applied again on January 2018 and was replied this March 2018.... I just want to share my testimony here to motivate someone here. If u have been rejected before don't let it weigh u down. Try again if u really want to pursue the dream. Research thoroughly, write a captivating SOP, give strong incentives to return after ur course. Make sure you upload supporting documents for everything U write in ur application and SOP. And last but not the least Pray continously . It's only by his grace I got my visa. Thanks to some nairaland guys I met here that kept encouraging me never to give up. One love.
