[quote author=Skymoore1004 post=92645979]Apologises for my late response. N.B: These universities are based on people’s experience, not mine. I do not intend to study again in the U.K. and have not personally pursued anymore applications. Here are some schools I know of.. Hertfordshire University Salford University Sheffield Hallam Uni Northampton Uni Ulster Uni Bournemouth Uni Birmingham City Uni Roehampton Uni London Metropolitan Uni Again these are just based on what I know from people’s experience when I was in U.K. WhatsApp groups. It may have changed now, so I stand to be corrected. Nevertheless, I hope this helps. All the best |

Lacrimossa2020:All this one you guys are saying is skoto meow........oga said have everything prepared before leaving Nigeria. Don't cheat the government. So if he didn't have everything and worked why discourage people who want a better living outside. That's my own question. |
BouharryArtikou:To think he's always saying every one should have everything and be honest. This life sha e get as e be. Wouldn't have thought you worked there to sponsor yourself. Thought everything came from Nigeria. |
Everyone is after stay after study, yet it's not every one who might progress in UK. Some people who studied in UK before anything about PSW, have been fortunate to move to Canada or Australia. Australia also does a program that if you study engineering you can easily apply and move there for 18 months from there you can work towards PR. If you're more concerned about PSW look for courses that will make you stay and be ready to spend. But if you dont have still make the move and leave if you have the means you really dont know what you might get out of UK. This PSW every time is causing wahala. |

I hope you are keeping safe and well. We understand that because of the current COVID-19 crisis you, your family and friends may have lots of questions about what you can expect as you commence your postgraduate university life in the UK. Therefore, as a valued applicant with the University of Derby, I would like to update you on our plans for the 2020/21 academic year. I am pleased to say that it is our intention to start the next academic year, as planned, on Monday 21 September when our University Welcome and Induction programmes commence, ahead of teaching starting on Monday 28 September. There will be a small number of programmes that will have different start dates and if this applies to you, we will contact you further about this in the coming weeks. Planning for your first term Although we would very much like to be able to welcome you on to campus early in the new term – and while we are continuing to make plans that would enable this to happen – we also need to be realistic in saying that it is not currently possible to provide absolute guarantees. We anticipate social distancing measures are likely to be in place for some time in the UK, so are planning for a number of scenarios. These range from a full campus-based experience to a fully remote model of teaching and learning, and hybrid versions of these two approaches. Our commitment to you There is clearly a great deal of uncertainty around the world at the moment, and universities in the UK are no different to any other organisation in having to navigate our way through this challenging period in our history. However, I can promise you two things. Firstly, I can be absolutely clear that all decisions we make will place a clear priority on the health, safety and well-being of our staff and students. We will be implementing strict hygiene processes, following scientific and World Health Organisation (WHO) advice, including ensuring that everyone can socially distance. We have already shown, when Covid-19 first appeared in the UK, that we can move quickly to support and isolate students who may have come into contact with the disease. Our International Student Centre was in constant contact with our international students, offering advice and guidance. We will continue to provide this service. Secondly, that whatever learning environment we are able to deliver to you, we will not compromise on the quality of experience and opportunities that made you choose Derby in the first place. You will benefit from our strong background in delivering online learning, as highlighted by some of our current undergraduate students who switched to blended learning when the lockdown came into place in March. In short, we want to welcome you on to what will be your campus as soon as we can. We want you to enjoy our outstanding facilities and vibrant city. We want you to fully immerse yourselves in University life and everything it has to offer. But, above all, we want you to be safe and well, and I hope you understand that we will prioritise that over everything else. Our University’s important work In the meantime, I hope you will share our pride in the work our University is doing to support the national fight against Covid-19. Our Derby campus is currently home to an National Health Service ‘hot hub’ providing assessments for people with symptoms of the virus, our Nursing students have volunteered to work on the frontline, and we have provided a wealth of essential kit and equipment to local hospitals. Staying in touch We will update you further in due course. In the meantime, do not hesitate to let us know if you have questions or concerns with which we can assist, or that will inform the plans we are making for September, as your views are extremely important to us. Aprokodaughter:Oh I even thought maybe Nigerian network, I have been trying to go through the course outline since they said from next week I will be considered for interview but the website doesn't seems to be opening. |
STENON:Wahoo. Thanks didnt even know that dundee didnt have the pre registration process. Yet the tuition fees is so high. @apokrodaughter. Concerning GCU I applied last year for a course they replied me late and I wasnt able to meet up. I thought that was my only option so I kept mailing back and forth till this pandemic they replied me. With all the stress sef I dont even think I will want them again. If you want them follow up with the admission and they have a place where you can request for calls and follow up. |
https://www.thesun.co.uk/travel/11562184/british-airways-capacity-troubled-coronavirus/amp/?__twitter_impression=true I think what will happen will be late resumption dates as some courses only have 1 intake and cant be done online. The best measure they will use is to self quarantine for 14 days then resume school. What happens to the medical courses and some courses which cant be done online? Things will likely pick up from next month but will be slow. This is what I feel. |
faks10:It's a lie oooo on this one I support skymoore1004, what shes/hes saying is true. She even said she has the finances to bring her kids but people started over thinking the matter. Shes already in alot of pains all she needs is support and not something to tear her apart the more. So sorry for your loss. May his soul rest in peace. amen. |
TrumpsWall:Honest truth. Not everyone should talk here and give advice some should just listen. And it's really not compulsory to comment on every post at all. But what do I know. |
Or even if u didn't get the admission but you did their interview?? Pls I need your help to help me prepare for the interview.
