in my opinion, restricting data access for Google play services isn't a good move as it is a core app that many of your installed apps need to function effectively... Moreover it isn't a data sucker.

I have a Glo line too. It's usually their night plan for me... Their awoof is massive when you sub before your data expires... Once did 2500 for 7.5G, I got 7.5G as "thank you for subscribing"..... That month I flex die.

try checking for an update.... Might be a software problem cos those are not the Normal camera grid lines.
