Lol, I remeber watching the news, of American citzens who voted for trump, whose spouses were now being deported. They were crying so hard , I guess they thought the rules did not apply to them.

I saw it too.

Majority of Americans don't really understand how immigration issues works. I've heard Americans say "why can't they apply for citizenship". I smh everytime.

I have to tell people I am a permanent resident and not citizen, yet some people can't distinguish between the two.

don't mind them

I was curious so I went through @Tumise100's posts.

Now I wish Trump immigration policy be effective on him as such that when he finishes his studies, he find himself having to go back to Nigeria or stay and be out of status. Thankfully, company sponsorship of H1b is at all time low. Now, let's see how he like it now.

#MAGA grin grin.

I am happy you are going to have a raw taste of what your hero idol,TRump put in place to keep out people like you from the american system. In your posts, you were insulting Obama and democrats who passed many laws to help minorities like you. After your studies here, you will realize that you are still outside the american system and the difference between you and the person living in nigeria is the american fast food you will eat.The experience will help you to better understand how your 'hero' trump and his fellow hardcore racists feel about people that look like you

Thank you.

Please be careful of this so called agent. Yankee no be like naija

Things are so bad in Naija that people don't even know what normal process looks like anymore.

No one in Yankee will collect money from you (or pay you half) to sponsor your H1b. If you hear anyone doing it, there isn't a formal agreement and they are at a big risk of loosing everything

We have labor laws here. You as the employee can report them if you get mistreated. No one will risk lawsuits to save little dollars.

There are some who would like to get started but fear and not knowing what the first steps should be have hindered.

Unfortunately, I still feel like they will end up forcing him through and then the supreme Court will be a joke. It's a sign when the ABA AND Alma mater write a letter asking you not to confirm a judge!

It's just really sad that being upstanding doesn't mean anything to Republicans anymore. What happens to country before party?

Is a pity that at age of 81 when Bill Cosby should be in his retirement home, he will be now in prison. One lesson I learnt from his sentence is to take care of your today in order to enjoy your tomorrow.

How come trump hasn't been convicted for hush money payment that he was indicted of by his ex attorney.

Investigation is still ongoing. His attorney pleased guilty. He hasn't been indicted.

uS embassy won't issue him a F1 if that was already established. They'll advise him to apply for a passport.

I do Forex Trading, Spread Betting, Stock & Currency Manipulation.

I’m also into importation of cars as well as Fabric, leather & Textile.

I have friends that do Yahoo Yahoo & Ali but it’s somehow risky so I don’t really partake.

Imagine waking up to a $200,000 transfer to your bank account early in the morning and taking a 20% cut {$40,000} before forwarding the rest of the money to the destination point.

Like I said it’s Good Money but way too risky.

I also partake in high yield investment programs as well as crypto currency but I can’t discuss those here to avoid getting banned by Moderators.

Could you explain how that happened? Derivative Citizenship for kid older than 18 (if the birth of the kid wasn't registered with USCIS/US embassy)

I don't usually do this but since I'm tired of your argument here you go:

So I was going through your thread "Rick kids of Miami" (because it is a public forum and because I can).

There is a lot of things about your posts that points to outright misinformation and making up stories.

I don't wanna say you're lying particularly about your immigration process. It's just so weird. Almost doesn't make any sense.

Good luck to you bro.

I thought you live in Boston?

Do you only visit for work?

No bro... I can't afford Boston. Not that I can't pay the rent but, I can't live in a tiny 1bedroom or studio appartment for 1,800$ per month and have to pay for parking every day. Plus the traffic sucks and bunch of annoying tourists always in your way.

The city is Lively though just too expensive for me.

However, from my experience, working in Boston is great. The pay is way better for most people.

I am working my transfer to Maryland or Texas, I haven't decided (if my parents petition gets approved sooner) once I get my citizenship in few months

Define Automatic Citizenship & Derivative Citizenship.

The answer lies right there in your definition.

This isn't about definition. This is about how the process works.

It is right there on the United States citizenship and immigration services website. Any other thing outside that is falsehoods.

Ok, I have never been to Boston.

Heard is Super Expensive & Very Cold during winter.

I should have visited when I was still living in New York City.

Boston is amazing. I love it.

I come to Boston everyweek on work related event. I hate driving to Boston though. When I drive my personal car, I make more money.

When I take public transport, I enjoy more and get to stay at one of the Marriott hotel in Boston with other benefits.

You are incorrect , you must be under 18years old during the filling . It says it right on the USCIS website.

Thank you Babyvet

His story is so weird. There's no way they'd have issued him a F1.

I don't wanna say he's lying but c'mon.

He is implying that US embassy have no record of his parents

Besides, they won't have given him citizenship since he's over 18 and left with the option of a permanent residency.

I'm not getting all defensive.

I believe I have answered your question to the best of my ability.

My mum passed away when I was little & I didn't want to start explaining every little details of my life in a public forum.

Go read up on the Citizenship Act of 2001 and then come back and ask your questions.

I don't have time for you right now.
I am checking out of my hotel and my Uber is waiting. Boston is a crazy place to be at this time.

When I have time, I'll dissect your post. Just know people here are not idiots or kids.

Also once you're over the age of 18, you don't get the derivative status. You however get the option of an I485 application for PR.

I just told you that if you were born in Nigeria & your parents were citizens at the time of birth then automatically you become a derivative citizen at birth.

What part are you confused about?

OR

Do you need me to post a copy of my U.S. Passport?

Why would I wannna see your passport? WTF. Why would you even suggest that?

How, let's both sit down and analyze this.

Your parents were citizens, but you were born in Nigeria
First and foremost, they won't wait till you're 18 to apply for you passport or immigration papers

Under F1 Visa applications, it will ask you for your parents information as such, they won't issue you an F1 knowing you're a derivative citizen.

I am not saying you're lying bro but your story just don't make sense. And now you're getting all defensive. Like WTF..

They embassy has no way to know since my parents never filed for a Report of birth abroad of a U.S. Citizen so the interview was strictly F-1.

If they had obtained the report then it would be a different scenario.

I'm sorry. Not that I am trying to scrutinize your post. But something just weird.

Story sounds like your parent woke up someday and realized they were USC then need to file for you

Or you were lost child (which doesn't seem to be the case) and all of a suddenly renuited with your family

And in both instances, you won't skip green card since you're already 18 and older.

Your immigration history is so weird. Like UNBELIEVABLY weird.

F1 to USC.?
Travel / Re: American, US Based, And US Aspirant Derailer Thread by lillaowow(m): 5:30pm On Sep 24, 2018
LUCAS99:

No, I didn't.

I bypassed the Green Card Process. I only filed an N-600 { Certificate of Citizenship} & after that I applied for a Passport since I was born a Derivative U.S. Citizen.

Even though I was born in Nigeria, my Dad was already a U.S. Citizen before I was born so I automatically acquired U.S. Citizenship at birth.
LUCAS99:

I initial came on an F-1 Visa after High School then my Father filed for me while I was still in School.

Hmmm

That doesn't make any sense to me. They won't even issue you an F1 if they find out you're a derivative and encourage you to apply for citizenship.

Except maybe your parent became a citizen during your F1 while you're still a minor (which doesn't seem to be the case)

You right.

I got my blue Passport through my Parents so I didn't really have to struggle for it.

But I can't just imagine being with someone I'm unattracted to for almost 5 years...

But at the end of the day you just gotta do what you gotta do...

Lucky you. I wasn't born here. I don't have family here and about bringing my parent and siblings once I'm done with the oath ceremony.

Attraction is subjective. Some of these African men are attracted to patience, not being kicked out of the house they pay rent on, getting a good meal, nnot working like a donkey to loose all the money to your "fine face" madam and sleeping peacefully.

You are looking at the fine face and wowed while an ex somewhere sees the devil in plain flesh.

The video was funny.

But seriously speaking I wonder why many of these my African Brothers always end up with unattractive White Woman.

Could it be because of desparation to get green card?

I mean there are ton of Beautiful Ladies including Hot Single Moms both Black women & White women all over America who will be willing to assist them settle down permanently in the United States.

I mean are beautiful ladies all over the place including Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, New York City, Boston and Washington DC

Never understood why most African guys would choose the unattractive ones.

You're getting it wrong.
It isn't that African men (and women) decided they want to marry the less attractive ones.

It is all about peace of mind and getting you papers "straight"
Let's all be honest, The easiest straight forward way to get Permanent residency is through family petition.

Most people don't have direct family members in the US willing to file for them, even if they are, it takes years

It isn't an easy task to find someone that genuinely wants to file a petition for you without hidden agenda.

"Fine face" and green card petition isn't always a good mix.

Thankfully, our African brothers (the really smart ones) are learning. Peace of mind, no drama, smooth petition process will help you get on your feet faster.

For someone to file a petition for you, they must show they earn enough to sponsor you.

Most "fine face" is just that, nothing else. You come from Naija on a visit visa and you're chasing "fine face" around, I am sorry for you grin grin grin

Nevertheless, don't bite the hand that feeds you. That "unattractive" lady that helped you out, don't disregard her.
