I met this young lady and we started talking which lead to something a bit deeper. I will advise anyone who is single and has a boo back home don’t promise anyone anything because it will just lead to stories that touch. Well back to what I was talking about. I met the chic and apparently she works for an NGO who help to train people into certain IT positions and after you are done with the program you will get guaranteed employment

4. Credit Card for credit history build.

Getting one is not as difficult as it should be - too easy for my liking.
The amount that will be offered to an individual (F1 student) majorly depends on who refers you.
Range or credit amount available ranges from $300 to as high as $10,000. (Please don't argue with me on this instead ask for referral link).

Nope, there's a chase card of $100,000 limit. There are also unlimited "black" cards.

Where is your referral link tho. Let's see what you got.

Possible charges Trump will face

Collusion
Campaign finance violation
Tax evasion
Bank fraud
Treason.

I feel his assets will be confiscated and tax return will be released to show that he's actually in debt and indebted to Russian and European banks.

You can also use self lender to help build credit.

Your credit history, socre and matters a lot and counts towards your overall success in America.

You need to have credit (be in debt per say), a good one by that to be able to achieve "American dream" easily

When I bought my car, I could have paid fully for it but I got a good deal and a really low interest rate due to my credit.

I used the money for other pending business..

When your fiancee visited you in nigeria, did you guys get married in Nigeri a or not?

If someone seeking a K1 gets married, they can no longer apply for K1, they go straight to the PR process (which seems longer btw)

K1 process takes like 6-9months (5-6 months)

I just arrange babe for my padi. She dey Naija right now dey chop nkwobi and Suya for him head. Fortunately, they like each other more than we thought grin..

While i would not agree nor disagree with the kind of figures some people throw around which some call unrealistic or unattainable here due to so many reasons but honestly in my own opinion and from personal experience, those figures are not too far fetched,it all comes down to who you are as a person, opening your mind and let ideas flow through it,set targets and design ways to achieving them.how soon you are going to achieve that still depends on various factors though but i strongly believe its achievable.
One of my friends came to the US some time ago, spent some time with studies, after which he entered the job market and the first job he got was for $125k, i don't know his net worth for sure now but i know he's doing extremely well and better because he has since started his own consulting company right here in the US.
The US especially is not called the land of opportunities for nothing, there are numerous things you can do successfully that will guarantee success in as much you do it the right way.

Those are reasonable, attainable figures. I met a Nigerian earning above $180K per year and with his side Hussle, he sometimes hits 25-40k profit in a month then might have draught for another 2-3months and sometimes longer.

Please, go back some pages on this thread and see the figures people are calling.

Your credit score is not likely going to go up if there are no significant activities happening in your financial life that can provoke some changes to your credit reporting. Those that designed the system want you to be active in the financial markets(buy buy buy and continue to buy) which in other word means, get in more debts and start paying back.
Its a good system to those that believe in it though and its been working out well for some people as against some as well.just be smart with it.

@bolded, there are millions of Americans with $1M and above income brackets, they don't necessarily have to be a paid employees.incomes can come from other sources.

I agree with that part. I recently started the self lender that was recommended to me. Let's see if it helps me get to 800 credit score.

I don't aregee that millions of Americans have $1M and above income bracket. That sounds like exaggerating.

I think you meant to say of thousands have networth (stocks, bonds, assets and cash in banks) of up to $1M and above.

Millions of Americans having $1M income brackets? grin. If that is that case, the Republican tax overhaul/ tax break for the 1% would be showing effects of economic collapse already knowing how greedy Wall St people are.

Taking us back a little just to clarify, "Cash Is King" simply means cutting down on debts owed to the barest and saving up enough cash to backup most credit facilities one is taking.
He encourages Not taking credit as a means to live above ones means/keep up with the Joneses.

I summarize his teachings as him discouraging excessive debt that can never be repaid in two lifetimes.

I also like how the both of you mentioned GOOD credit. smiley

We are both on the same page then.

I don't have debt right now. No car loan, nothing. Just credit cards. I've been trying to raise my credit score to around 800 for like a year now. That things just stay the same since....

I'm trying my hands on stocks and looking to flip my first house. So, I'm looking at 60-80k bonus at the end of the year while working a full time job. I'm keeping that part of my life private tho.

This American Life hard... So, people throwing figures around like say na Naira Dem dey talk.. stop that nonsense.

Day to day cooperate Americans sef including lots and lots of doctors no dey make $600,000 a year.

Hello house,
A neighbor is about paying an agent part payemt of 100,000 for an electronic visa to Canada. According to the agent your visa would be ready in 3 days or get refunded. This one surprises me.
Does such thing really exist?
How does it work?
Is it true there wouldn’t be any form of interview before visa is approved electronically?

It is a scam. Tell you neighbor not to loose that money..

Cash is not always king bro. A lot of times, you have to show a good credit history to match.

Cash is good mostly while You're investing in items/commodities to resell in a short period of time. Paying cash gives you a good leveaege in renegotiating and getting more discounts.

That's why Rich folks pay less money for their stuffs.
