Please can anyone help with a Template on how to explain in details funds into an account for a visa application.

I have a salary account with inflows and outflow and a savings account without much inflow and outflow which is basically for savings e.g contribution and also payments from real estate commissions. Can I also go ahead and present the bank statements for my savings and explain on how I got the money? Or should I summit just the salary account statement and my husband's statement who is a co-sponsor? Please I need your assistance as am almost done with my application, thank you.

I intend sponsoring the trip myself if having a monthly salary of 134,650.00 would do, if not my husband will be my co- sponsor. Please what do you advice.

The refusal was in 2015 December, my monthly salary now after deductions is 134,657.00 as against 98,000 in 2015. I have 1.6m in my salary account while in my other account I have 2m, but this account I use it mainly for savings from contributions etc.
I submitted my bank statements together with that of my father in law as the agent advised, since he had over 15m so he should be my co- sponsor. I also submitted my marriage certificate, my daughter's birth certificate, letter of introduction from my office,leave letter etc

I need help as I intend to apply for a UK visa by next month. I applied for a visa in Dec 2015 to visit visit my cousin who is British ,with my daughter but unfortunately I was denied, I used an agent though for the application and was advised to use my father in law as a sponsor since he had a huge sum in his account.
I have a valid US visa, a schegen visa. Please can anyone help me on how to post pictures here, need to post my refusal letter. Also my monthly take home after deductions is 134,000 naira as against 94,000 naira in 2015. Thank you nairaland Fam for your assistance.

Please am new on nairaland, don't know how it works just trying it out. Had my first baby in america in 2015 in arkansas and intend to birth my second baby in houston, I renewed my visa last month and informed them about my plans of having my baby in houston precisely in October and my visa was approved. I had earlier visited a friend who had her baby december 2016 in houston methodist sugar land, and she gave me dr F's email of which I corresponded with him and he sent me the price quote of two hospitals ( oakbend and methodist ) I prefer oakbend because the price is fair.

I also read about houston north west medical centre here, please house i have these questions to ask ;

1. What's the pediatricians bill in houston north west medical centre
2. Do I need to complete an oakbend form to be eligible for the package as I saw on the attachment I was sent.
3. Will I have to pay 500$ registration to oakbend before my arrival to houston .
4.how do i get accommodations close to oakbend and houston north west medical centre.
